Really great massage experience. Professional staff and clean, relaxing environment. Was greeted quickly and taken to the whisper room to fill out some paperwork and chill. My massage therapist, Jess, arrived soon after and she did great! Pressure was exactly what I asked for and she made me feel very comfortable. I will visit again next time I am I town.

The staff at Massage Life Center are always so nice and helpful. I called to make an appointment and told Nic my exact pain points and he scheduled me the perfect prenatal massage. 7 months pregnant with back pain- my massage provided so much relief! Definitely recommend!

My wife made an appointment for us in the “couples room” with a specific masseuse that she had met about a month prior. When we arrived, we were offered water. This was tap water in a plastic cup. Then we found out that the masseuse my wife had requested when she made the reservation no longer worked there. Furthermore, the couples room she has reserved was not prepared. The place was well decorated, the smell of lavender and grapefruit in the lobby was overpowering. I can’t recall the names of the girls that administered our massages, but I can tell you it was very inconsistent. Also, there appeared to be no music playing in the couples room, which I thought was odd. Every movement of the masseuses on their rolling stools or adjusting the tables was loud and clear. Overall, the massage was relaxing, but a the mix-up with the reservation and small details made this trip less relaxing than it could have been. Suggestions: need music in all the rooms, less scent in the lobby, when offering water, please get bottled water, and do better at communicating changes to reservations. The receptionist girl told us a few times that she had just returned from maternity leave, which was basically her way of saying “it’s not my fault.”

This just hasn’t been an overall good experience for the money and today was kind of the last straw. I often have to make same day appointments because of my travel and work schedule and they scheduled me at the wrong location so I didn’t get my appointment.

Massage Life Coppell is awesome. They are kind, accommodating, flexible, and care about you as people. For me, the best part about Massage Life Coppell is Ernesto! I have struggled with chronic neck and back pain for years, and Ernesto does an incredible job of helping alleviate that pain. He is incredibly responsive to my concerns when I come in and is flexible during sessions, changing our focus if we find a more tender spot than what we were originally working on. He has saved me so many literal headaches, and I am so grateful for him. He is also such a nice, compassionate, hard-working, and positive person, and I always look forward to seeing him. Massage Life & Ernesto each get six out of five stars in my book. 🙂 Can’t wait to go back again!
