I have not had a massage here, but I did have an unusual request for them and they responded instantly with compassion that fulfilled exactly what I needed. To me, this says a lot about them. My wife had a detached retina that required maintaining an uncomfortable position which we determined was best satisfied by a massage chair. Nothing was available for purchase for several days, and out of desperation I tried calling the Massage Institute to see if they had a chair available. Though these are normally reserved for their students, they quickly agreed to let me rent one. Problem solved.

I’ve been coming here for almost a decade and it’s truly a great place! Everyone is always friendly and helpful. I’ve been having pain in my neck and shoulders for years, but no one has ever given me as much relief as Kara has. It was an amazing therapeutic massage and I left feeling good and pain-free for the first time in over 6 months. I usually feel like the massage therapists are unable to give me enough pressure, but that was not an issue at all with Kara! She has strong hands and is also super sweet. You can tell she truly enjoys helping her clients relax and feel better. I will definitely go back to see her again!

I went yesterday with my husband for the first time. I have a pretty complicated chronic pain history and was a little nervous. Marcus was excellent!! Really took my feedback and ran with it. Gave mr stretches to help with the imbalance in my low back and hips. I would 100% go again!
