This place is not the place you want to come if you need deep tissue massages . superficial massages are probably the specialty here . when I went in to The Establishment they made me pay Upfront for the services and then when I went into the room I expected a deep tissue massage and instead I got a superficial one . kind of felt like she was just rubbing my back when I really needed a lot of knots loosened. she was a older lady and I’m pretty sure, by the way she was shaking she may have had arthritis. then when her hands would get tired she got onto the table and walked on my back I’m 5-10 and 150 lb and it just felt like someone was applying pressure to my back instead of actually getting a massage. it gets three stars because it was a okay massage but not for if you do a lot of sports or rigorous activity. then they pretty much wait at the door for you to give them a tip for the services. I didn’t necessarily care to give a tip but because she stood there I decided to cave in. and then she gave me the option to do a $7 tip or a $10 tip which I didn’t want to do either honestly. and they charged me a $3 convenience fee to use my MasterCard when I paid the initial $60 …..this place is just okay but I won’t be returning because I need more deep tissue and less rubbing

Just got done with my massage there. I paid $40 for half an hour- I’d say it was reasonably priced. They took me in instantly as a walk in so I really appreciated that. I suffer from leg pain due to my arthritis, and the weather like this makes it worse, so I was very happy that they were able to get me in instantly. The staff was friendly, and the place was neat, and clean. They offer water after your visit. I really think they deserve more recognition. It’s not extremely fancy, if that’s what you’re looking for. But it’s a nice little place.

This place charged me before I even got the massage, which was $40 plus a $2 fee, not sure what that fee was for. Than I’m done and the lady says what about the tip?I didn’t have cash so I told her why didn’t you add it the first time. These damn ladies ran my card again for $10 when I wasn’t planning to tip $10.00

Very enjoyable first visit. GiGi, my massage therapist, showed good interest in my experience.The room I was in was comfortable, massage felt great. I opted for a one hour massage, and it was worth every penny of the $60. I think the price is exactly where it should be for the service. I even got a bottle of water after the treatment 🙂 (Yes, I know its a standard, but I haven’t had a massage in a while, and it seemed pretty cool at the time LMAO) I will be returning to this establishment in the future.

First time there. Very clean and organized. Felt great after, all my aches and pains were gone. Only complaint was being short staffed. Lady had to kept going in and out during my massage to greet new customers. Other than that, I highly recommend this place.

Rude employee who greeted me saying “We’re busy.” I said I wanted to get a gift certificate for a friend & she said “We don’t do that. We’re busy.” I wasn’t even greeted with a Hello.” Plus, the place smelled like urine! DON’T go there!!!
