I am thrilled to have found Paula at Massage in the Mountains. I am new to Mountain City and was looking for someone that did assisted stretching. I’ve had a lot of stretches before, but Paula is by far the best. She knows exactly what I need each week and is getting better with every visit. I highly recommend Paula’s assisted stretching and massage for pain relief, better sleep and overall better quality of life. She’s the best!

Sabrina was wonderful, I arrived and was in so much pain, she was always making sure I was comfortable, very thoughtful about placing pillow or towels under my feet and head during different points, The attention to detail and especially the warm towels for the feet and hands was amazing. The facility is inviting and peaceful. I especially enjoyed the music, which was more traditional than many places play but still soothing. Paula was gracious and inviting from the start. Her use of hot towels was especially relaxing. This was my first visit, but will not be my last!!
