Last massage therapist was terrible. Manager, Tanya is aggressive and not customer friendly. Will not allow me to speak to franchise owners Becky Leehey or Kelly Hoyman. They have been charging my credit card monthly for over two years and due to the pandemic I have only been able to have one massage. I now have 23 massages I am giving up as I must use within 90 Days as they will not allow me to run them off with my wife at the same time. ONE STAR RATING IS TOO HIGH

Went in for a birthday massage at the intro discounted rate. Marked and mentioned that I wanted a deep tissue massage and asked the therapist for more pressure but didn’t really meet my expectation. Called back in on the drive home to see what kind of remediation to be done and was offered the intro rate again for a different massage. The people are nice. Policy to make it right did not meet my expectations

I have always had a great experience here. I can’t wait until my next massage that sometimes I book an extra massage before my next one is due. The Massage Therapists are always professional, listen to my needs and preform good massage work. I definitely recommend joining Massage Heights. Ask for Nick or Ivan, be sure to book in advance they book up quickly.

2 stars because my husband had a wonderful experience with his massage therapist, Rae, but I did not. My massage therapist, Marci, gave me her whole life story while working on me, I know everything about her now, rather than giving me time to relax she talked the whole time, and the last 5 minutes she spent just stroking my hair, it started out as a scalp massage but she got so into telling me about her boyfriend that she seemed to get distracted and was just stroking/finger combing my hair. Would go back only if I got a different massage therapist.

This was by far the worst massage I’ve ever had. Requested deep tissue but it felt more like my 5-year-old niece just rubbing oil on my skin. My therapist spent 90% of the time sitting down, clearly not wanting to be there, clearly putting in the most minimal effort as I counted down the minutes until it was over. My fiancé and I spent over $160 for what we thought would be a relaxing experience but instead it was almost torture. His massage was equally awful. If there was a zero star option for the quality of massages, Massage Heights would have earned it.

I’ve had a membership here for over a year, best investment I made. I am always eager for my next massage, that I started going twice a month (even cheaper!). I work on my feet all day, 6 days a week, so it is definitely needed. Cho is amazing and Ed is fantastic when I have back/neck problems. I’m always surrprised how both are very good at anticipating and accessing what my body needs. I always leave feeling relaxed, but energized 🙂 Thanks guys 🙂
