If there was a 0 rating option, I would chose that. So my best friend gave me a birthday gift voucher from this spa. I was hoping to get the pampering and relaxation; but instead have a headache just speaking with the staff there. I booked a spa for tonight and called to cancel given the icing on the roads and freezing temperatures. They were downright rude esp. a woman named Alondra. I was requesting for a no cancellation fee option and wanted to speak to the manager and she hung up on me. I called the second time and the second person on the phone was worse. Don’t have her name but she kept saying it’s not raining or storms, so you should come in. I tried to reason but she ended up saying I am going ahead and charging your gift card as the manager cannot be disturbed!!! They should definitely not be in any business which says you need to provide customer service and try keeping them happy! Stay away!!

I recently went to Massage Heights for a 60 minute massage. I’ve been here before and had a good experience so I figured I’d come back. 3 issues- therapist was late, bed was so cold, she only went 50 minutes not 60 and first time in 25 years of having a Swedish massage that my feet were not done. I’ve had Swedish massages in a dozen states and half a dozen foreign countries and never once did not have my feet done. So sorry, MH but now you’re in the same discard pile as Massage Envy and Hand and Stone!

Update: I signed up for the membership, for 59.99$ a month. I just noticed they randomly charged my card right after they took out the membership for 70$ two days later which was never authorized. If you use their service I recommend you keep and eye on your bank account. I plan to contact them this morning to find out why they are running my card without prior authorization.

Booked a prenatal massage, unfortunately got my Covid results back as positive the day of the massage. I did the responsible thing and called to inform them but they said there would be a $50 fee to cancel or reschedule. Asked to speak with a manager about this issue and see if there was anything that can be done about the fee since this was out of my control. The man I spoke with was very rude and not understanding at all. Will never use this place in the future. Very poor customer service.

Gordon was awesome! He has a great sense of humor and gave me the best massage ever! I’m in the process of moving and had my shoulders and back seize up do to stress, and fortunately I got in for a session that day. Gordon listened and did everything he could to help me out. I am moving 40 minutes away, but I’ll come back just to get a massage from Gordon! I can’t recommend him enough!
