Just received literally the best massage I’ve ever had by Bambi. I paid for the 60 minute massage and had to extend to a 90 minute halfway through. She was very thorough and mindful of every body part. I felt dead walking in and now I’m floating on cloud 9. Definitely request Bambi.

Actually I really want to put no stars for this place, due to I am pretty busy for this couple months, I canceled my subscription in August 15th and I should have one last credit for September until 19th, I went there to do my massage on August 27 and also set the appointment for my last credit , the sales she knew that I already canceled the subscription and my massage therapist only available on 9/24. I even double checked with her can I book it if my subscription will be expired on 9/19, she said clearly I can book it without any problem. But today, one of the sales called Crystal said my credit expired if I need to keep my appointment, I will have to pay extra $159 , this is totally ridiculous. She forced me to cancel the appointment if no show will even charge more, but my point is I can use my credit for the whole month or book with another massage therapist if I have to instead of lost my credit because they made mistakes. Misleading customers and very dishonest. Supposedly I will join back in package after my couple busy months but I really don’t think this will happen, Massage Heights you really lose two customers, me and my sister. We both have the same Issue.

I’ve been going to Massage Heights for 6-7 years because I found “Ms O.” She is the best!! She massages with intention and purpose…..to HEAL. If she ever leaves, I’ll have to follow her. I highly recommend Ms O. Tell her Lori sent you!!

I can tell if you want relaxing, please choose the other company instead of this massage Heights. This company so ridiculous, I am finished massage on 8/27 with my sister and we check to make appointment for the next time, don’t want to lose credit. I said can make on 9/17 and the frontdesk said is full on that day, so she said can make on next week Saturday on 9/24, then i said did the credit will expire, the frontdesk lady said no you will not lose your credit and the me and my sister agree make on 9/24 Saturday ( we keep ask 2 time). So the problem is coming, on the 9/19 they hv lady call me said oh you make the appointment that day is credit expired , you need buy the other credit can valid the appointment on 9/24, i said WHAT! i talk to frontdesk directly and she said not expire, then she said oh maybe my frontdesk lady make mistakes, ok the point is your guys make mistakes why i need to cover your mistakes, they want me pay more package or just want keep automatic payments again, i said this is your false why i need to pay more and i tell they need ask the manager call me and i never receive any response until today 9/24 morning time they call me said oh your credit is expired if you want come today need pay $159 instead my credit, REALLY SUPER ridiculous. I ask them i dont want pay anymore need to refund my credit and the manager still not call me, they misleading customer and want customer pay for no reason,until still did not receive any phone call, so if you want relaxing, please don’t choose this company.

This place has a friendly staff that welcomes you upon arrival. But, I must say Judy is the reason I got a membership. She has healing hands that help relieve the deep pain I have in my upper/right back and shoulder blade area. She is fantastic and really listens to her clients. Judy focuses on your problem areas and really gets the job done. I highly recommend her for all levels of massage therapy you will not be disappointed!

I came in because I am having a lot of pain and/or pressure in my neck, head, and face. I feel that I clearly communicated my back and everywhere else is fine, but for some reason the most time was spent on my back and legs and barely any time on the areas I came in for. I am leaving now what I think was supposed to be an hour massage but was more like a 50 minute massage and Im am not feeling any relief. I gave 3 stars because it was a good massage but removed 2 stars because I wasnt listened to.
