This place has a staffing issue. We have been doing couples massages. We schedule in advance because it is hard to get scheduled for these. When we were canceled in the past it was very random no big deal. I was canceled this time and it was right before our massage. No one could get us in. This was beginning of April. Since this we canceled our membership and scheduled our remaining time. Since then I was canceled last week and again today. I just want to get this over with and be done with this company. This seems to constantly happen to me. This place is horrible.

I selected a ‘deep’ massage but when I saw this small, petite ‘waif’ of a woman, I KNEW that it wouldn’t work and I wasn’t going to get what I selected. Looks can most DEFINITELY be ‘deceiving’ because THIS Therapist had ‘Herculean’ STRENGTH and was able to “GET the job DONE”!! I was provided the service I paid for and HAD to leave Sheri a tip for a job “well done” and for her ‘therapeutic’ voice and professionalism! GO there and ask for Sheri! I ‘guaranTEE’ that you will NOT be ‘disappointed’! Since coming here and seeing Andrew, I have felt less pain and more relaxation in my daily life. Andrew is great at deep tissue massages and tends to your individual needs. First of all, the people at the desk are always friendly and accommodating. Sherri, the manager, is great to work with. Margaret is my massage therapist because she gives the best deep tissue massages I’ve ever had. She has a positive energy about her. Super disappointing experience. As a new client I went in excited and open minded definitely considering a membership. Sadly it was probably the worst “massage“ I’ve had. The actual massage started at 10-12 min after the hour and ended at 5 till. So that’s a 45 min massage, not 60. The actual hot stone portion was such a let down. Zero pressure. Just warm stones brushing the surface of the skin. No actual rubbing of anything post epidermis, just brushing the surface…? During the massage there was a loud crash that was very startling. My neck and back are still so sore. I had a $100 gift card and just left it all to the gal. $59.99 for the massage (over priced for the experience) and $40 tip. Whatever. Not worth returning. I would never pay $99 (full price) for that experience. Maybe the person I got was new?

The Massage Therapists take time to discuss my needs and focus on the needed areas. Each time I leave feeling like I just had the best massage yet. The facility is always clean and relaxing.
