I went in to get a massage this evening for the first time and it exceeded all of my expectations. I feel terrible that I forget my therapists name but he did a FANTASTIC job. I went in with a terrible migraine that had lasted over one week and came out totally pain free. The gentleman at the front was also very kind and explained the process thoroughly. From start to finish everything went perfect. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend this place!

I really wanted to love this place but I didn’t. The day I came to buy my husbands gift for Father’s Day i was greeted so well, and was happy I had found the perfect place for my husband and I to relax. The day of our massages came and I expected the same kind of service I was given in the front, but it was totally different in the back. I requested a prenatal massage, and due to this experience I never ever want to get a massage again. The lady that did my massage was rude. I asked for two pillows because I am pregnant I cannot lay completely on my back. When I asked for the second pillow her tone was so uncalled for and questioned as to why I needed it. I told her because I am pregnant and it feels very uncomfortable to lay completely on my back. She dismissed my request and didn’t even explain if there was a reason why I couldn’t get a second pillow. She then started to give me my massage and I was not comfortable at all I could not relax because she was being so rough, I didn’t even want to tell her to be more gentle because I felt that she would dismiss my request since she did It from the start. After like 30 minutes of me making facial expressions she asked me If i felt uncomfortable and I said yes because the obvious. The fact that it took her 30 minutes or more to realize that is unprofessional. Then she said it was time for my back when she massaged the first half it was all great then the second half my head was literally almost hanging from the bed I kept trying to fix myself and she never once offered to give me time to adjust myself or help me get well on the center of the bed. I also didn’t like that the bed was heated and due to my pregnancy I shouldn’t be exposed to heat for a long time. The whole time I was laying there I felt that she did not know what she was doing, I couldn’t relax because the lady was being so rough and did not show compassion. I regret spending so much money for a service I did not enjoy. Also I did not like that I was never made aware that they would charge me $60 extra just because we had a couples room, they never once told me of that charge when I booked the appointment they just waited till the end and obviously I was not going to argue but if I would of known from the start I would of never had requested it.

Worst massage experience ever would never go back! I signed up for a 60 minute massage and requested a female therapist. Once arriving 5 mins early they got me in the room 10mins late! They gave me a male therapist though I did not ask for this! The therapist only worked on me for 40/45 mins and said we’re done. Completely ridiculous. I didn’t even get the full time I paid for. On top of this he was giving me a massage as if he didn’t even want to be there! I had a gift card given to me by a friend and because I didn’t use it within 2 years they said there’s no funds. Had to pay in full specially for time I didn’t even receive and they asked me to tip the therapist multiple times even though I didn’t want to. After continuously asking me I tipped 10 so they would stop asking. After payment the receptionist kept pushing the membership on me even though I kept saying no! Overall worst massage experience of my life would never go back!

When he was doing medium-pressure, I politely asked for more pressure, but he informed me “that’s not what you want” and proceeded to explain to me that deep tissue massages are bad for you and don’t loosen up the muscles.I’m not sure why it’s an option to choose then, and why he agreed to it during our discussion.I didn’t get what I paid for. Treated my gifriend to a massage. She said the massage was good. At the end she was not given much direction. Such as, get dressed and go up front, etc.. No water was provided at the end of the session. Probably would not return to this location.
