Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismI had two appointments set up for today and I text with a rep on Saturday prior to our appointment thinking everything was completely booked. Here it is the day of to hear there was no appointments booked mind you this is the second time. I’m completely understand if the therapist is not feeling well. But for tonight I get Aw sorry for miscommunication that is very unacceptable especially when you booked 5 days prior!
