If I can give 0 stars, I would. Last month, I only received a 45 min session for the one-hour massage that I paid for. The massage therapist called me in late (about 5 minutes after my scheduled appointment), and finished before the hour was done — I arrived 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment.

I have been going to this location for a couple of years. I LOVE DONNA!! She is amazing. I had to cancel my appointment this afternoon because my husband is in the hospital. Julie the manager stated that they already applied a cancelation waiver back in January of 2021 (COVID) and I would have to pay a cancelation fee for this appointment. No sympathy or empathy shown. Sad that we are only allowed to have one emergency in our life time.

I absolutely LOVE this particular location. It’s very “homey” and the energy is always welcoming. Prior to visiting this location, I was in constant pain and taking pain medications several times a day. I’ve been with them for over a year and my pain has been mild to none since seeing them regularly. The therapist takes their time to LISTEN and understand my concerns and addresses them each time. (As a healthcare professional, listening to concerns about pain is very important.) Highly recommended 100%.
