I’ve been going for ~6 months and have always had such a great experience and interaction with each staff member. I used to see Destiny who was very knowledgeable, so so sweet, and fun!! I then transitioned to Emily when Destiny left and Emily has also been great!! She always shares her wealth of knowledge with me (I ask her everything – from hair, skin, nails, waxing, laser hair removal, etc) and is the sweetest (she had to call out one day, but knowing my wedding was coming up she found a way to help me out still!). Would highly recommend this place and staff to everyone!

Incorporating massages back into my wellness routine has really helped me recover from work and workouts! My left hip area is finally able to relax and feels unlocked. I feel so amazing after a session with Dylan T. or Crystalyn! All of the staff I have encountered are so friendly and helpful. The memberships make this service affordable for me. Highly recommend!

We never really splurge on ourselves, but we’re members of Massage Heights here in the Greater Houston Area and figured that we’d use some of our credits up there. We’ve really enjoyed our experience with the home location, so our expectations were pretty similar going into our appointment in Austin.

Recently injured. SO recommended massage. I was not optimistic due to prior experience with other therapists/ companies. Ended up going in and was paired with Holly I. It was not a routine rather more of a medical appointment. She took me apart and put me back together after paying attention to exactly what the issues were. Amazing!. I’ll be back.

I would give a lower rating if possible. I never right bad reviews but this was ridiculous! On Friday morning I booked an appointment for Saturday afternoon. They then sent a confirmation email. I responded to the confirmation text telling them I needed to reschedule. This was within 2 hours of booking the appointment, so well over 24 hours. Today (Saturday) I get a call at 120pm (5 mins after my initial appointment time). I explain that I tried to reschedule via responding to the confirmation text. She asks me to pull up a text or screenshot of me responding. I did that no problem. I still have the text. She then tells me that’s the wrong number to cancel with (even though it’s what they texted me from and I have proof that I have rescheduled. The receptionist then tells the next time I come in I’ll be charged full price and the cancelation fee (even though this time was introductory price). Save your money and go to orange blossom or massage envy. Simple customer service should be a given. I’m not asking or expecting anyone to go above and beyond here, but I was expecting BASIC customer service at the least.

I signed up for the monthly membership. 2 out of the 3 massages I booked were canceled & rescheduled due to staffing issues, which did not work well with my lifestyle as a work from home mother of two toddlers. When I called and asked to cancel my membership (after they told me they were rescheduling another one of my appointment just a few hours shy of the appointment time), the manager told me I still had to pay for the upcoming month even though all of this was brought on by the inconveniences of the organization. Honestly just wasn’t a good experience for me at all.

Horrible customer service. Had the worst experience ever. My husband bought me for Christmas one session for every month. (Everything was paid upfront) Yesterday, I received a phone call to confirm my appt. Im almost 100% sure the lady told me your appt is on Thursday at 11am. Maybe, I heard wrong or maybe she made a mistake. We are humans! Today at 11:08am I received a phone call, you have an appt schedule for today at 11am and you have not arrived. I mentioned to her that Yesterday I confirmed my appt, but for Thursday. She stated well we confirmed appt only a day prior so we will have to use one of your credits, because you did not showed up and you confirmed. In a very nice way, I explained, Im almost sure she said Thursday at 11am, but I can be there in 10 min. I live 2 miles away (they can even verify my address). She responded: “I don’t recommend because you will have to use your credit for only 30 min session”. My response was even if I don’t show up I will lose my credit for the month because according to you the appt was for today. So I don’t mind at least getting a 30 min massage. Her response again was “I strongly don’t recommended, but its up to you” with a very ugly tone( I hope they have a recorded line). I asked to speak with the manager. And she told me she was the manager. So definitely, I did not feel confortable going there with that poor customer service, poor flexibility and poor understanding. I will never comeback there! I will try another location to use my credits.

My experience at this location was perfect. Walking in, I was immediately greeted by helpful and supportive front desk staff who assisted me with my first time at this location. I was really blown away by how friendly and welcoming they were. Trying a new spa location can be intimidating but they immediately put me at ease and were extremely speedy with my check in. Not only were the staff quick and helpful, my esthetician, Emily, went above and beyond to provide me with the most relaxing facial I’ve ever experienced. She was extremely knowledgeable and talked me through my every question, her services were done with precision and care, but her openness and genuine love for her work made my experience even better. The overall cleanliness of the facility was also 10/10, even during these covid times I felt very safe and felt that the proper precautions were taken above and beyond. I have recommended this location to my family and friends and look forward to going again!! You should visit this location if you’re looking for excellent service and staff who genuinely love their work and look forward to ensuring you have a relaxing, clean, and meaningful experience.

I was really hesitant to get a massage, due to all of the negative reviews I hear about these places on the news. Then you add Covid on top of that, and I’m afraid to leave my home sometimes, due to fear for my safety. However, my friend convinced me to go, and I was honestly shocked by the service and cleanliness of the facility. They are seriously following healthy and safety protocols to the T. I gather up the wife and kids at least once a couple of months for a group activity. The place is really kid friendly. Hell, the wife and I damn near go here weekly at this point. The service is excellent, and they leave you wanting more. I don’t usually give reviews, but give credit where credit is due.
