This place is all about taking your money. They want your money and will take your for not doing anything or offering any service in return. They are freeloading liberals. The employees don’t know how to spell when you give them names letter by letter. They are poor communicators, and the employees are not the best to deal with. They don’t tell you all the details of what you need to know. The massage therapist that I was introduced to was not happy about doing her job, took a bossy attitude, and was apathetic about wanting to do her duties. She was quick to walk away and go home when the bad vibes from this place set in. The phone and front desk people think they control things, and will not tell you the truth, and will also hang up on you if the conversation is not going their way. The customer service, based on the people who are hired, has gone from bad to worse. The owner is supposedly untouchable, too, according to the front desk clerks. Another sign of poor leadership and management. I would not recommend these people.

I went in for a couples massage. I’m pretty satisfied with my service & feel much relief, however my therapist was very talkative. It was pleasant conversation and she was really sweet, but it’s supposed to be a relaxing experience which means quiet. Also it was a couples massage, so my boyfriend was annoyed with the chatter. He wasn’t satisfied with his massage, he says his therapist didn’t give firm pressure and he’s felt no relief.

My husband and daughter surprised me with a 60 minute massage for my birthday. I was really looking forward to a relaxing experience and got the total opposite. My technician, Mr. Charles gave me the worst experience ever to the point I thought it was a joke. He didn’t seem to know what he was doing and kept applying pressure to my body instead of massaging me. I wish I went with my first mind to STOP the massage midway but unfortunately I didn’t. Additionally, my family paid for a 60 minute but I literally only got 42 minutes which ultimately was a blessing. I have gotten massages before so I know what to expect and it’s really unfortunate I got the worst experience on my birthday.

Went for a couples massage, and mine was decent but his on the other hand… his masseuse would not stop talking and on top of that the massage was not good. There was also a discrepancy between the introductory rate told on the phone and what was charged. Would not come back here, ever.

I went this place for the first time but I am very disappointed. My therapist was just doing massage randomly. I am pregnant and told her many times during my massage to put more pressure on some areas but she just simply ignored. Anyways I paid for 90 minutes and came out with extremely bad experience. Front desk ladies were good and helpful.

I had such a bad experience at this location, the lady at the front desk was very rude & I told her to have your manager call me and when the manager called back she had the same tone. I do not know who owns this place but my friend, please take care of your business, these ladies are taking your business for a ride. I own a business too and for me customer is God and customer is always right. This is the only reason that our business is growing. It is your choice as this is your business, may be you are making so much money that you do not care for your customers.
