Worst experience, I was charged $79.99 on my debit card for a service I never signed up for. I got a membership as a Christmas gift from my boyfriend. I call and speak with the manager Claudia and she was extremely rude and condescending. She kept repeating herself about me canceling a membership. Never once mentioned my $79.99 charge. I keep trying to explain to her that I never signed up for it and my card was never charged the entire 6mo membership I got for Christmas so why am I all of a sudden being charged? The only way they would have my debit card info is from me leaving a tip. I never agreed to my card being saved. So who switched my bf’s debit card to mine? She couldn’t answer those questions bc she never bothered to even listen to me. I even told her she was very rude and this isn’t how managers should act. She should be apologetic and first discuss the wrongful charge bc that’s why I’m calling. She tells me “I’m not going to apologize to you I’ll have my owner call you” and hangs up on me. This place has terrible customer service I will never be back. And if the owner sees this I want my refund!

My hubby decided to stop his membership due to the constant cancelation and lack of appointments its been 4 months now and he is still getting charged and the only reason given was only the owner can stop it but after many promises we can’t even get them to give us a call back. Ridiculous and completely unacceptable. Do not sign anything allowing automatic payments or they’ll never stop.

I booked an appointment for my mom for Mother’s Day since this was the only massage place that had appointments available. I booked an appointment online and it was supper easy and simple. Needless to say she loved it! This was a well needed massage for her and she absolutely loved it. She was the first one to try it so the rest of the family will be back to try also.

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismAfter having a less than lovely conversation with the manager at this facility I would not recommend this business.Due to the high turnover rate of therapists they are constantly cancelling appointments and unable to accommodate requested couples massages and such due to only having a single therapist after 6:00 p.m. on weekdays and never having an appointment at the same time on weekends so that my husband and I can go together which is required due to personal eyesight issues and not being able to drive which we explained when we signed up.The manager was very aggressive and actually accused me of being aggressive because I did not accept her excuses because we are going on month 4 of no available appointments.The manager refused to give me the owner’s information so I could contact them.The manager refused to refund my money which I requested due to lack of appointments because of staffing issues which is an internal issue with them and that should not be visited on paying customers.I have spoken with a few of their therapists And was told this is not a COVID-19 issue, this is a management issue which I completely believe now after speaking with herAfter having a less than lovely conversation with the manager at this facility I would not recommend this business.Due to the high turnover rate of therapists they are constantly cancelling …More

However, Josh made my visit a experience and he alleviated pain I had been feeling. Not only that, he made me feel comfortable and welcomed in this strange new environment. Alejandra was amazing! She worked on exactly the areas I requested and hit all of my knots, working them out. She seems very knowledgeable and was friendly! I made a 12 month commitment due to the service I received from Alejandra!! Roxy was very professional too, helping me with my enrollment! All of these years, I have never wanted to be committed to a massage business. Guess I found the right fit!
