The main reason for this post is to let the management of Massage Heights know of 2 experiences that we had with your organization-one fantastic and the other terrible! We were gifted a gift certificate which we wanted to use. We first called your Massage Heights Pearland location and had the most horrible experience ever. As soon as the person answered the phone we were told in a rather patronizing tone about spending money to buy your services. On letting the person know again that we were simply looking into using the gift certificate we were then told to buy services of a lesser value if we could not afford the more expensive one. A very poor customer service experience. We then called the River Oaks location and Damian answered the phone. He remembered my voice (I had called a month earlier to inquire as to how to use the gift certificates) and he was once again very pleasant on the phone. This compelled us to make an appointment – which we are glad we did. On visiting the location we were greeted by Damian and Jasmine. They made us feel so comfortable and welcome and were very professional at all times (even when it came to filling up paperwork). Then came Francis (hope I got the name right) who actually was the technician and once again she was so professional and so nice-and she did a great job! We will be visiting the River Oaks location again of course but NEVER the Pearland location! Damian, Jasmine & Francis deserve recognition from management. They were simply great!!!

I’ve been waiting for a call from the manager for a month. Membership stipulations are not explained well and you are not given a copy of the contract afterwards. All they care about is selling/upselling to the point of discomfort. They will start your first appointment booking by pushing membership immediately. Not worth the money or sales pressure. Be aware, corporate will refuse to assist & insist you deal with the individual location directly. Good luck.

Came to visit from NY and had an amazing experience. The staff is very friendly. They took care of us as soon as we walked in. My massage therapist was Pan she was wonderful. I had a Swedish massage I was so relaxed after not in pain like other places. Highly recommend and will definitely be back on my next visit to Huston.

If you’re seeking a deep tissue massage that really gets those knots out, ask for Mr. Paul. He is extremely knowledgeable and super professional. He has very firm hands and can really apply pressure on deep tissue knots to break them down. He is also able to do hot cupping style massages if you’re looking to try that technique. Mr. Paul 10/10!!

I was able to score a last minute massage on a Friday. Paul was the massage therapist and I highly recommend him. I asked a mix of pressure for different areas and he executed perfectly. It was probably one of the top massages I had. Looking forward to scheduling with him again.

The staff here are excellent!!! Very pleasant experience. Will definitely be back. I can’t remember the lady name who worked on me, she was knowledgeable in telling me What she was doing and Why I needed it. Was a member at Massage Envy for 2yrs but after my experience here, Now I think about the past they were just getting me in and out for convience.

I showed up to my appointment 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork so it doesn’t cut into my massage time and somehow they still managed to take me back late due to some confusion on their end. The massage started 10 minutes late. I specifically asked for a deep pressure massage but the pressure was extremely light and the methods/pressure were not the same on the left or right side. The massage was concluded 5 minutes early so she could leave before 8. For the price point there are several places in the area that provide a significantly better service and overall experience.

Loved this location! I usually go to the Washington heights location but they never have any appointments. This location was able to see me the next the day. Everyone was friendly, the massage room was very clean, massage was incredible! I will be coming back to this location!
