DON’T SPEND YOUR MONEY , I’ve entered an hour and haven’t even completed half of it. Massage so bad that I told her I don’t want to continue. I paid $80 to feel comfortable. But my money is gone for nothing, if you are looking for a massage, don’t come here and save your money and go to places other than that. I have been a member at the Roseville location for 1 year and I’m super happy with the services that I’ve received. I’m sure that most people wouldn’t like the fact that it is membership-based, but that is one of the reasons why I like it. It forces me to go. Without a membership, massage didn’t take any kind of priority for me. Now I’m going every month and enjoying the benefits of massage.

Front desk will give you the wrong information. You will get stuck in a pay cicle as they not only try to make it impossible to cancel a membership but will ALSO have the manager not respond to emails. Not worth the price, too close to scam behaviour. Go any where else.

I purchased an annual membership for a monthly 60 minute massage with hot stones. Since purchasing the membership I’ve had two massages each less than an hour. With my most recent massage it started 10 minutes late and ended in 45 minutes. The first time I didn’t protest but this time I did and I was reminded that I couldn’t cancel for 9 months and the manager would provide me with a free service. Additionally the massages have been good but not excellent. I would not recommend Massage Heights and definitely not any of their plans.

I been going here almost 7 years, seems like everytime I meet a good massage therapist, they end up leaving for another place to work the estetician Savannah here though is incredible and I hope she stays. Whatever you do, DO NOT SEE LOU, their massage therapist!!! She is very unprofessional, rude, and not cut out to be a therapist. She walked out on me in the middle of a massage because I gently asked to focus a little more on my shoulder, left me in the room with no explanation, absolutely unacceptable!!!! Do not waste your time or money on her. I wish I got this warning!!!

After I ended my membership with this location, they continued to charge me for 6 months. When I noticed and called them about it, they keep saying their owner will call me and they haven’t. Every time I call they make up an excuse that the manager cannot take my call because she’s in a meeting. They have stolen over 300$ from me without my consent and are not resolving it.

It was my first time here and did the introduction massage as a gift from my mother in law. I came in and the receptionist was great. They were nice. I got my massage, but I felt like it wasn’t an hour yet when the massage therapist said our session was done. She was in a rush to leave the salon. I didn’t feel she was there for my needs. I notice the time and it was less than hour. It was about 45 minutes. I am probably not coming back for more massages if I’m not getting money’s worth.
