Deb is amazing! I do not normally leave reviews but I wanted to share. I have been a member for a couple years and have bounced around massage therapist. All great, but Deb really stands out to me. I was contemplating cancelling my membership as I was having trouble finding the right massage therapist for me but Deb has saved me as a member and I look forward to seeing her regularly!

My wife and I had a 3 pm appointment for a couples massage. We arrived at 2:50 pm, and signed in with receptionist. She asked us to sit in the lobby and someone would be with us soon. At 3:24 pm the woman at the front brought us our sign in tablets to fill out. We finish and turn them in and the massage people come and get us to take us back to the room. As I undressed I looked up at the huge clock in the room and it was 3:41 pm. They came back in and did their routine and said they were finished. I looked up and the clock said 4:12 pm. I asked my wife if she made 2 thirty minute appointments. So we asked the receptionist how long our appointment was and she said an hour. We have a picture of us in the lobby at 3:35 pm after we handed our tablets back in. She seemed as if we were lying about the time. I don’t know if anybody else has had this happen, but to the people thinking about going there…… Better watch the time….

Management is not great, no call backs or feedback after completing surveys that are sent to you after you get services , I submitted two surveys that should have been concerning to the management since they promote relaxation and decompression from their services. The location in New Braunfels does not have properly trained therapists and when someone complains about the service I feel that is out of common courtesy and concern that someone in management should follow up with a call. I was also not happy with the availability of appointments. This sort of reminded me of getting in on time share but never being able to utilize the service you are paying for. Also, even if they tell you that it is easy to cancel the membership that is not the case. The front desk personnel is clueless as to what the process is to cancel the membership. Mostly though I am not pleased with the management of this facility and the harm that someone might suffer at the hands of some the therapist that are not properly trained or managed. RM

Would have loved to leave a better tip and a review but the guy giving me a massage made it impossible. He was really good at giving the massage, heavy hands and well-trained but..he had some of the worst BO ever. I’m not talking I smelled it once he was up close and personal giving the massage, I mean I walked up to meet him and almost took a step back. I felt bad not knowing how to address the issue so I suffered through a 1 hour massage absolutely nauseated. Not even the lavender spray he put on the bed helped. How am I supposed to relax if I’m just smelling something foul the whole time?? I hope someone there has a talk with him about hygiene cuz he’s good at what he does, he just needs to wash up before he does it.

We had a couples massage scheduled today, my husband woke up with Covid. They charges us for 2 massages anyway. They hung up on my and wouldn’t answer the phone when I tried calling back multiple times. Also, the manager wouldn’t get on the phone. No one told me when I booked that this was their policy. Same experience as the review before mine. Set a couples massage up and my wife woke up with Covid/flu something. We called and informed them so they could hopefully fill the spot… they told me they wouldn’t charge us the 50% cancellation if I came in but I am home taking care of my wife. I asked for management to call me numerous times and haven’t heard from them and just saw they charged my card before my appt time anyway. Just being greedy and trying to double dip on appt times.
