I have received massages and facials at this establishment. They are amazingly nice and very professional. Anytime I had a scheduling issue, during the pandemic, they were very accommodating. I really like going to this location. After moving further away, I still keep up with my membership because it is the best! Their products and equipment are up to date and very clean as well.

The people who work there are great and the massage services/protocol is great. Plus it’s very clean. However, they talk you into a membership you cannot get out of and you will likely pay for unused services. I got a package of 3 prenatal massages and ended up giving birth early so I could not use them all. My child was born with unexpected intensive care needs so I could not leave to come use my massages. I explained the circumstances and the kind girl on the phone explained to the manager. They would not give a refund even with the tough circumstances we were under. this place has no humanity, honestly. I tried to even transfer my credits to a family member since I had to be a full time caregiver and they wouldn’t do that either. Bulk of their profits are probably coming from expired credits. I don’t mind paying for good services, leaving good tips, and appreciating the hard work the massage therapists do. However, not giving refunds for extenuating circumstances is just unethical. I definitely would not recommend, solely because I was in such a tough situation and they wouldn’t work with me.
