And on the rare occasion he’s not been available, I’ve never had a bad experience with another therapist. There doesn’t seem to be the turnover you find at other similar businesses. The facility is clean and I felt completely comfortable getting massages all through the pandemic. It was truly a time when we needed some extra self care for stress and MH was there for me. I’ve been going to Massage Heights in Matthews for several years. Mr. Joseph is amazing! And on the rare occasion he’s not been available, I’ve never had a bad experience with another therapist. There doesn’t seem to be the turnover you find at other similar businesses. The facility is clean and I felt completely comfortable getting massages all through the pandemic. My experience with my first professional massage was absolutely amazing. My therapist was Adriane . I walked in with absolutely no intention of getting a membership, and decided to join. The atmosphere was clean, professional, serene and very inviting. The Massage Heights line of body lotions, scrubs, and aromatherapy were amazing. I was also introduced to their line of facial products by their esthetician Jasmine who I have booked a facial with. She was warm, friendly and informative as well. Back to the massage…….book with Adriane at the Matthews location, you will LOVE her.

The management (especially Natalie Dowdy) and therapists are professional, friendly, and accommodating. I have frequented Ritz-Carlton spas and medical massage therapists for my massages. I was given a better massage and provided the same standard of service I have received at any high end spa. I am always greeted by name and my needs are always anticipated. I would recommend a membership at massage heights for anyone looking for high end service without having to pay high end prices.

This morning my husband and I had an appointment and when he gets there he was cancel due to an employee being sick we have been canceled twice due to employees being sick but they failed to call us prior to our appointment and front desk lady calls me to give all kinds of excuses so I told her that as a professional they should be ready for things like this with other staff all she kept saying was well my therapist this and that going on with all kinds of excuses we have a membership with this location … the first time which was like 4 months back the staff was really nice and we loved our massage the front desk was really professional but after that first time everything went downhill . I’m really upset due to that I travel for a living and always needing a good massage so when I called to make an appointment I requested the therapist we had before and I’m told there no longer here and this happened every time … when my husband asked for a business card to get with someone else like supervisor she refused to give him the information needed . for that reason I will cancel my membership with them this location needs help desperately or close there business…… if I could give zero review I would of…

First time 3/6/20…last time, this isn’t my first massage. I’ve been in search of massage for weeks, trying to steer away from commercial franchises. I’ve been needing a massage bad. I have a desk job and my shoulders definitely needed work. I completed the assessment wanting deep tissue and specific areas focus. Did not get anything requested. She seemed as if she didn’t not want to touch me. Every thing was light touch and never focused on any area. No glute massage calves, shoulders. 1hr and 79 dollars wasted. I still tipped even though I was most definitely not satisfied. Will not return.
