What happened is – they gave me an introductory price of $69.99 because I was a new customer. Great. However, while in my massage…the therapist used hot stones without telling me it would be an extra charge and the front desk charged me an extra $20. The front desk girl seemed annoyed that I wasn’t happy…which I didn’t appreciate. They did give me a refund for the hot stones when I called them the next day. That was the right thing to do.

I have been a member here several months and I have had appointments with several different therapists. Everyone has been a 9/10 or 10/10 which is great. Today I had an appointment with Rachel, her massage deserves a review. Rachel ruined my scale, compared to the 10/10s, todays massage would have to be a 20/10. I have never had better results from massage therapy and I have counted on massage therapy for years to help me keep going in the sports and activities that I love. I cannot begin to describe how much better I feel today after the massage. I highly recommend Rachel and all the therapists I have seen here. Thank you!

Critical: Professionalism, QualitySavana did a horrible job on my facial. She was also very loud and just seemed like she didn’t wanna be doing my facial. She also smelled of alcohol so that would probably explain the behavior and the horrific job that was done. The front desk was nice but, I wouldn’t recommend coming back to her though. I was in Kansas City last week so my Beau & I had a couples massage. We’ve gotten a lot of massages over the last 8 years & these were definitely some of the best! My therapist, Jacque, hit all of the right spots & she was calm, gentle & made me feel completely at ease. The space is clean, warm & it smells amazing… The women at the front desk were also super friendly! I would highly recommend this place!

I would like to thank the manager Ashley for giving me a call and actually listened to my concern! She agreed with me and the instance in the lack of communication and worked with me well! I have been coming here since August and had some trouble finding a therapist i was really happy with. I thought i had finally found one that i really enjoyed but ended up having an issue with her being on her phone during my session. The second time this happened i had her stop and discussed with manager and owner. They both reassured me that there was a no cell phone policy and had dealt with the issue as well as having a talk with all employees to reinforce the no phone policy.
