Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityVery poorly run, we were incorrectly charged after we had rescheduled a couples massage. We went in a week later with our gift card and asked to be refunded. We were assured by the receptionist this would be taken care of. 3 months later and several messages, I have yet to see a refund or have a call returned from the mysterious manager who seems to be “busy” and never around. Hopefully by posting this poor review I might be able to finally get a response! UPDATE 6/29…..since the owner posted below that they have been trying to reach me I wanted to note that is a complete joke. The only reason I finally got a call back after 3 months is because I started calling all the other locations and leaving messages and hopefully my review as well. I would be glad to show my cell phone and voicemail history . My refund is finally being put in the mail this evening! Very poorly run, we were incorrectly charged after we had rescheduled a couples massage. We went in a week later with our gift card and asked to be refunded. Critical: ProfessionalismCurrently 9 months pregnant, called toReschedule my massage for post baby into early next year and they refused to do so because they don’t have therapists scheduled that far out. So was going to have to cancel and they are threatening to charge me a fee!!! Poor customer service who don’t work with you!! Guess that’s what you get when dealing with a chain! Also, you don’t get what you pay for, a 90 minute massage turned out to be 70 minutes .
