Don’t EVER sign a contract with them. They are horrible we moved a year ago they stated had to come in person to cancel did that. Here it is a YEAR later the charges started showing up. Waited a week to hear from manager. WILL be cancelling the card now. Horrible customer service & massages!!! GO Anywhere else.

This place was amazing until I had a stroke. Then they tell me they can’t see me till I am clear by the doctor which is fine except when i get cleared they wont let me. I lost everything in my life because of the stroke including my job and could no longer afford my membership there. I have 2 monthly credits left to use and they won’t let me use them unless I pay more money. Even though I lost everything to my stroke. They won’t make any kind of exception either.

If I could give no stars I would. For Mother’s Day got a thing so i could get a pregnancy massage. Appointment was scheduled then they called to cancel. So rescheduled.. confirmed appoint yesterday and get a phone call today just a few hours before they have to cancel yet again. Very unprofessional and will not be back!!!!

I got a “60 min” prenatal massage on Monday. She got me at 12:00, explained the massage and I undressed. She started massaging around 12:10. And was done at 12:55.the massage was not 60 mins. It was okay although she didn’t reeally rub me. She just pulled my skin up lol. I wanted some moving of her fingers and pinching. It stayed the same the whole time and was quite boring just constantly moving her hands up my skin. Pretty sure her name was Nicole. She was nice tho. But I wouldn’t get one again from her.
