This was my first time ever getting a massage, i scheduled the 60 min to see if i would enjoy this and i sure did! I was greeted very nicely and exited feeling like a new woman. William was absolutely amazing he made me feel comfortable the whole time. He applies the perfect pressure! After he was done i felt loose and relaxed. Highly recommend!

Great staff in the back! We had a decent experience with our couples massage. The up front people did not make it clear over the phone with pricing. My fiancé asked several times about pricing before we came then once we showed it up ended up being 75$ more then originally quoted. Also did not receive the complimentary birthday hot rocks with my massage. This was my first massage in several years and will be my last here. The owner did walk in the waiting room and was very kind and I enjoyed having the family experience there but overall pricing and promising is what pushed me away. Beware to others of these points.

My husband and I went for a 90 minute DEEP tissue couples massage. The ladies at the front desk were very delightful. Then the massage therapists come and get us and the massage starts and to me I can tell you it felt like she was barely applying enough pressure to rub in the lotion/oil. I even asked for her to apply more pressure and she obviously did not. The only good part was the hot stones. When the massage was over and the ladies both leave so my husband and I can get dressed he tells me that he had the same problem. Now I respectfully told the ladies at the front desk the problem we had and I just wanted them to be aware because I had booked for deep tissue massages for us both. The lady at the front desk even said the ladies we were with are the 2 lightest pressure massagers that they have which made no sense since i verbally made the appointment for deep tissue massages. I am only giving it a 2 because the nice young ladies at the front made it right and agreed that it made no sense.

I’ve been going to Massage Heights for two years and a half and have always had great experiences with the therapists there. I’ve had everything from relaxing Swedish massage to deep tissue massage. I have had facials there as well, but my favorite experience has been with the massage services! I had Nykia tonight for the first time and boy did he put me through it. At first, I thought I was going to pass out from the stretches and the pressure. But after each pass, he would do circulation rubs and make it feel better. I was in a mess and all tied up so his specialty is Rehabilitative Therapy which focuses on circulation and stretching. It was intense, but after it was over, I felt so much better and more relaxed. My entire body felt like the tension had been rolled right out of my body! I highly recommend Nykia! Get ready to have your body experience something like never before. Buckle up and hang on!

I have been coming here since they opened and have always had a great experience. The staff is professional at the desk and they rooms are always clean. Another thing I like is the therapist specifically ask questions on what you are looking for in your session instead of doing the same ole massage every time.

Nakia Swafford at Massage Heights is the best therapist I’ve ever had at this location. Not only is is professional and courteous, he asked all the right questions to get to the root of my stress and tension issues. Nakia is so knowledgeable of his craft and how our muscles work. When our session was over, I was not only relaxed but was walking better and had greater range of mobility and flexibility. You will not be disappointed!
