Massage Heights at CYPRESS TOWNE CENTER is a good location. I am really writing this review because …. TINA IS FANTASTIC. I gave a 4 star because of Massage Heights – the company. I bought a membership last year at another location that is closer to my daily activities because I was trying to give myself some me time while giving extra attention to my face. I signed up for the facials – which is available for an up-charge on the regular monthly payment for the membership. The one massage I had at another location was not good but that’s okay – I signed up for the facials. Massage heights as a company has some work to do as far as their membership options are concerned. I will not continue my membership because I do not like the way they write their contract. I thought I read there were shorter terms available and was told there are not, so I took the annual membership. I wanted to pay off the membership in full 3/4 way through so I could avoid the monthly debit and was advised that could not be done. The manager at the other location where I established the membership was neither helpful nor curious as to my challenges with the membership. She came across as condescending and annoyed when I asked if I could just pay the remaining 3 months and cancel. Was the membership worth it? Yes, but only because of Tina.

I been a client for yrs then I got my husband a membership and everything is been great until today . So I made an appointment last week for me (Monday)and my husband (Thursday ) so they call and cancel him 2 hrs massage so ok fine they book him for another day the following week (Thursday) then I do another appointment for me (Monday ) same week as my husband. They call me same monday canceling my 2hrs massage ok it’s fine but then they call him today (Wednesday) that he had an appointment . The appointment was for Thursday not Wednesday so they want a book him for another day but they want a take the credits of 2 hrs because he dnt show up . When is not our fault this is not ok.

I absolutely love Tamy! I’ve been seeing her once a month for a little over a year. She has excellent rhythm to her massage techniques. I go to her for a full body firm massage with emphasis on my neck, shoulders and upper back. She has excellent use of the time to get to all of my muscle groups while still prioritizing the trouble spots. I can’t stress enough how much better I feel after each session. Thank you Tamy!

I’ve been going here for several months which started out from a gift my daughter gave me. My first therapist was Lily, and I wasn’t impressed at all. Then I started seeing Eva, she was fantastic and she left. Last visit was with Kelsey, her hands were like ice and really never warmed up and had no customer service at all. Think I might have to change to somewhere else. Maybe this place just don’t like senior’s.
