Area Director’s customer service is absolutely unacceptable! I was charged for a missed session despite me calling stating that I never received a call or text confirming my appointment. I have been a loyal customer for more than 3yrs. I have always received a call / text within 24 hrs to confirm my appointment. Instead of the area director (Noel) resolving this 1x problem, he decides to be a stickler and allow EGO to win. He refused to give me his regional supervisor/managers number. I will most definitely be cancelling my membership TODAY. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS OR LOCATION!!

I gave only one star because zero was not an option. Do not go to this location! I took my girlfriend for a relaxing sweedish massage. She came out hurting more than she went in. She was scratched on her back with the therapist’s nails. She had red welps on her back. The therapist never asked if the pressure was ok. The therapist did not know that aromatherapy was requested. The requested areas were not covered. Certain areas were not massaged with oil and it was very uncomfortable. There was more bad to the experience. I would not recommend this therapist or location!

Don’t fall for these fake reviews, as this place is a total scam.They want you to be member and if you want to cancel. you have to give them advance 30days notice lol. massages are below average and never start on time. out of 8 session, only had 3 satisfying sessions. waste of time and $$.

Wow.. I could not be more disappointed in the “management” of this establishment.. Very disappointing given massage heights I have been to previously have been wonderful. The person in charge “Noel” spoke to me once on the phone and kept trying to make jokes about his name being related to Christmas? (It was ridiculous and not humorous in the slightest but at least he thought it was hilarious!) I’m not sure who put that joke in charge but holy freaking cow that has to be a family friend or someone lost an awful bet to allow him to try to lead anything besides his left foot in front of right and not trip over anything… best of luck and I hope your establishment can figure out some kind of actual leadership..

Front desk have always been great. I wish I got their names to give them recognition. They’ve always been helpful. All the therapists have been amazing with perfect pressure. Patricia And Susan are my FAVORITE therapists. I give this location 5 stars bc the staff at this location are wonderful.

Beyond irritated. I booked an appointment for a full body massage with Dina at 2:00 pm. I arrived to my appointment and gave them my name and appointment time. Then the woman asked if I had a mask, I said no. She provided one which prompted me to ask if I had to wear it during my massage. The answer was yes. I had to wear a mask while I was getting my massage. I canceled my appointment and made a new appointment at Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa. The reason I am so upset, besides the fact that I didn’t get my massage, is because I was not informed of this ridiculousness when I called to make the appointment. The mask requirement is DEFINITELY something y’all might want to disclose to customers before they waste their time driving to their appointment. Two stars because the place was clean and pretty and the girl at the front was nice about it.

Amy calls me to tell me their couples room is broken due to a leak or somthing and that my husband an I will have to be in separate rooms for our couples massage. I say that’s fine and we hang up. I thought about it and end up calling back to cancel, because why book a couple massage in separate rooms when I only see my husband a week a month, right? Amy proceeds to say , “OK bye” and hangs up on me… it took me by suprize because I’ve worked customer service for a long time and I’ve never had anyone do that before. I call her back and she answers and I asked why she hung up on me? She begins to throw more attitude and I ask for her manager.. she said the manager isn’t in. Then I ask her for her managers name and what time he will be in, she said he’s not coming in today. After many times of me asking,, she finally tells me His name is Noel.
