I booked an appointment late yesterday evening around 5 PM on 3/28 and was planning to be there at 5pm but, life business happens and I had an unexpected situation come up so I wanted to move the appointment and adjust the time but, Massage Heights was very adamant about charging me $35 for cancellation fee since I was moving the appointment while still wanting to move the appointment and so the call ended but then I called back to kindly ask for the managers email so that I could file a complaint and they didn’t want to do that at first because they wanted to try to get away with waiving the $35 because they know they looked bad at that point so in my opinion I felt like this was an is unacceptable situation and especially someone that has been a loyalty customer over the years and used their services in multiple locations in the past at Massage Heights.

Great service, great masseuse, great experience until the end when I told the girl at the counter the tip I wanted to leave a tip (a fair 15%) and she billed the tip for $30 extra. Very shady. I don’t even care about the money but that’s just not right. Will go somewhere else in future. Was thinking of signing up for the membership too.

Love the staff and massage therapist here at the Boerne location. I have found 1 therapist I love, Megan, so I have stuck with her for all visits. We started using MH’s back in the houston area and liked it there as well. We love the lower monthly cost and the spa atmosphere!! I wld also recommend Shane, Nathan or Brenda at this location. I have had other family members visit from out of town and we have gone in for massages and they really enjoyed their massage as well! I love being able to make, cancel or reschedule my appointments on the MH’s App! You have to CANCEL within 24 hours or you are charged a fee. It’s been a great experience so far!
