I enjoyed the Sauna and massage. I got Jessica and she was great! She made sure to check in with me to see if I needed to adjust or if there was too much pressure. The sauna before hand really relaxed my muscles, so I recommend doing the sauna prior to the massage. Also, I felt very welcomed when I got there by the staff; they were very friendly.

So, I called to cancel appointment for 1/20/23 at 5pm for a sauna and a massage (i was gonna reschedule fyi! cuz i have other appointments). I bought a deal on groupon which is worth a 100 dollars almost and the person who I called at 1/18/23 at 8pm scheduled and made me tell her my voucher number. So when I was about to cancel it today (1/19 at 3pm) the person told me someone already used my voucher and they cannot provide me the service that I was suppose to have. Like it’s my birthday gift for myself and I wanted to try a first time experience. Like how can i not used it if I MYSELF WAS NOT THERE TO BEGIN WITH!? There’s no proof that they gave me and confirmation about the appointment NOR a gesture of any professionalism about this problem and just gave me an answer “I dont know”. I even told her who I called and never even bother to ask that person who made the appointment and asked the voucher to begin with. LIKE IM SOOOOO DISAPPOINTED! LIKE DONT EVEN GO HERE! THEYLL STEAL YOUR MONEY BEHIND YOUR BACK!
