Not what I was expecting. My husband purchased me a massage membership to have monthly, relaxing massages and instead I felt like it was an hour stretch session. Although it may be good for me, it was not relaxing nor what I was expecting. If you are scheduling this masseuse you need to be transparent about their technique as I would not have booked this. The dry sauna didn’t work well either, no internet to watch or listen to something to be distracted about being in a hot, small space. Not sure I will keep the membership.

Awful, place is cheap and it shows. No dressing room, no flip flops to wear in and out of the rooms, the bathrooms had no hand towels, we had to tell front desk , which didnt corect it. The therapist I had was not that good. I told her easy on the neck she ignored me, I mentioned it twice and she still didn’t listen. She spent so much time on one spot that she ran out of time to massage other parts equally. Next day my neck is killing me from pain, She wasn’t very friendly, at the end she basically shoved me to tell me were done. Ridiculous!!!!!.. never going back.. this place needs a serious makeover from start to finish. You don’t feel pampered or that your even at a spa.
