Update: DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE!!!! READ THESE REVIEWS AND THEIR UNPROFESSIONAL RESPONSES! They are NOT improving. I’m so sad to see so many others having the same similar problems I had here. Do better. Be better.

Just wanted to relax for a bit. Computers were down when I got there, so couldn’t have the sauna. Came back an hour later, computer still down. Receptionist was kind and allowed me to use the sauna. (I checked on line booking and it showed the time was available). It was relaxing! Will definitely give them another try in the future.

Other massage parlors allow a 10 minute grace period for appointments in case there’s any forms to be filled out or if there’s an unexpected delay. I was TWO minutes late for my 30 minute massage due to unexpected detour in road construction. I had to fill out a questionnaire which took about 5 minutes. My massage with Mindy began 8 minutes after my appointment time and ended 17 minutes later. I have no idea why she cut my time in half, I just assumed it was because I was TWO minutes late. I didn’t care because as soon as I laid on the massage table it felt uneven like my back was being stretched or something….it just didn’t feel right. To make matters worse, Mindy was way to harsh, I had to tell her to lighten up a bit. Due to the weird feel of the table and her harshness, my back is still a little sore. She never bothered to massage my arms and legs, she just focused on my back. This place don’t even offer a bottle of water after a massage which is standard at other parlors. I will not be going back and do not recommend.

Never consider joining this place. They change their rules alot. I am a long time member and get to eat $1200+ after a couple of injuries and surgery when I couldn’t get massages. They put my account on hold a couple of months last year and I was able to get in a couple of visits prior to my surgery but I didn’t have an opportunity to schedule massages when I was released by my doctor. There is no way to make up the credit I have. You are extremely lucky if you can get 1 massage in a month and luckier if it is locally. Oh and effective this year, if you have your account put on hold for any reason you can’t even schedule a massage while it is on hold. And trying to reach Corporate offices, forget it, there is no way to leave any messages, they are conveniently unavailable. Learned my lesson the hard way.

Not one to leave reviews but felt that this one was needed. I had gotten a gift card for Christmas and booked my appointment for the 20th of this month as they were booked out and received a phone call today stating that I needed to add a credit card on file. 4 days before my appointment. So I call and talk to them about it and she states that my 90 minute massage has gotten bumped down to a 60 because there was no card on file? When I FIRST booked my appointment no one even asked for that information other than scheduling me. I was told to call back when I got off work before they close to put a card on file to keep my 60 min massage that got bumped down so I did exactly that and was told my appointment was completely canceled. How is that even acceptable considering it’s their job to contain any information needed when booking. Very very rude person who answers the phone who is supposedly the manager. It’s very upsetting to deal with this type of experience when I come from working in a salon.

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismI used to love going here and carried a membership but lately they’ve been extremely unorganized and the quality of the staff has gone down as well. The sauna did not work the last few times that we went and when I tried to schedule a facial, they scheduled me a massage (on a day that the esthetician doesn’t work). I had to wait 2 week for another appointment and was scheduled over the phone for 5pm (which I wrote down) but received a text the day before for a 9am appointment. When I called they said that an esthetician wont be there at 5 pm so there’s no possible way that I was scheduled for that time. The person over the phone proceeded to argue with me for 10 minutes and told me that I would have to wait another 2 weeks+ for an appointment. Save your money and go to somewhere else that’s more organized and professional.I used to love going here and carried a membership but lately they’ve been extremely unorganized and the quality of the staff has gone down as well. Critical: Communication, QualityDo not come here!!! I live in Florida and wanted to buy my mom a gift for the Holidays. I called and they said I was able to purchase a gift card online, which I did. I put in both my email and my mothers email to get a confirmation which neither of us got! They still charged my card regardless. Then I tried to call them when I have proof they charged me and they said there’s nothing they can do. So then I called corporate but apparently corporate is a fake place because they’re voice mail is too full and no one ever answers the phone when I’ve called several times. I also emailed them multiple times. This place stole money from me DO NOT GO HEREDo not come here!!! I live in Florida and wanted to buy my mom a gift for the Holidays. My husband and I had a membership there for three years. Once we found therapists we really liked, we really enjoyed the services and felt it was a good value for great massages. Good enough to deal with the problems their system(s) had getting our info and payments entered correctly. We left our membership at the second price increase, each rather high percentage-wise, that made it less of a good value, especially considering the turn over of therapists and the subsequent search for one that was right for us.

The average massage therapist here is okay, some are a bit better than others and some are in need of further training. But you get what you pay for, sort of. I’ll explain. An average massage is between $60 and $80 for an hour. If you are a member here, you’re paying $59.95, for your first one ($60), and supposedly, the subsequent ones are $49.95. I learned today that only one per month is $49.95 and the others are back up to $59.95? They said most people misunderstand that. Well, then I guess if they know that people are misunderstanding this, it’s on them to explain it correctly. That aside, they only pay their therapists $17, for an hour of intense work. They then have a “tip” scale for you to pay that takes your massage up to the $75-80 range. So if you’re thinking you’re getting a discount, you are not. I do not believe a customer should be paying 1/2 of the wages of the therapist because the company is paying them so little. Lastly, it’s becoming more and more difficult to schedule a massage because they have overbooked their memberships and don’t have enough therapists as their therapists are leaving for decently paid massage positions elsewhere.
