I used to get a weekly massage prior to moving to Grosse Pointe. I bought a Groupon to try this place out. My masseuse began the session with interrupting when I was telling him about what kind of massage I like and then continued to argue with me about it. It was weird. He was super sweaty also, before we even began. I told myself to let it go and just enjoy the massage (on my birthday), but the massage was so terrible I thought it was just a waste of my time. I’ve had more than a dozen massages in my lifetime (all costing around $100 or more) and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of my massage. Evan did a fantastic job! I feel much better! Getting a monthly membership at Massage Green was a fantastic decision. I’ve been a member for a few months and I utilize the heck out of it. I go 2, sometimes 3 times a month. I’ve been getting massages for more than 10 years at various places and I’m done looking! Amy is top notch and the prices are exceptional. I’ve read the complaints about the “one hour massage” only being 50 minutes. That caught me off guard at first, but now I know the drill. I use the sauna and get a 90 minute massage as often as possible and it is definitely money well spent! I am very pleased with the cleanliness, employees knowledge and friendliness. If you’re considering trying it…I say “do it” You will be glad that you did.
