I purchased this from Groupon.Before the Massage Greenspa opened in the early morning.Before the store was even opened it said I had already used the Groupon the store in Allen Park was the Groupon I purchased.I could not go to the Green Spa on West Rd.it did not except the Groupon.My money was refunded in Groupon Bucks.I will never use Groupon again.I will use the Groupon Bucks though.

I was very disheartened with the experience I had at Massage Green. It was my first time at the spa. My greeting by the person at the front desk was very dry. I first attributed it to the calm atmosphere, but I came to learn that was not it. The massage I received was nice and calming. If it wasn’t for that, my rating would have been a one star. The worst part of my experience occurred at the end. I went up to pay and the front desk staff seemed more interested in talking to each other than assisting me. Upon being told the bill, I handed the associate my gift card. She then told me my balance was $10. I asked her about the cost of my service and she requested the $10 again. (I called the week before to get the amount on the gift card.) When I told her that my gift card should have covered my bill, her response was a dry “oh”. As a new customer, I felt that I should have received a modicum of proper customer service. I would not recommend this location for anyone searching for a massage center. Based off of my experience, they don’t seem to need new clients.

The massages are okay. Every time I come here I ask for the same thing but get completely different style massages. The last one I received was alright but I was in immense pain afterwards and did not feel like anything had been “worked out”, I was in worse shape after I left. My husband has also had unfortunate encounters here. One being with a woman who literally talked the entire massage and therefore he was unable to relax into it.
