I have only been getting massages for about 3 months now, and decided after the second one to get a membership because the therapist I started with was wonderful! However, for the third massage I booked a couples with my daughter. From the start I said that I only wanted female therapists. The day of my appointment a male therapist and a female came to get us so of course I had to reschedule. On the day of my rescheduled appointment I asked the therapist could the headrest be adjusted or could she put a towel around it, which is how the first therapist always did. No big deal, just a request. I didn’t mention anything about the cold table (which is usually warm) because I am very easy going and I try not to make a big deal out of things. When our massage was over we went to the front desk to get change for a tip. As I was walking to the back with the tip I actually overheard the therapists talking about the headrest request in a condescending way. It was not that serious. I politely walked back to the front, tip in hand, and left. This is a very intimate job and should be handled with the utmost professionalism. I really don’t feel comfortable going back and will more than likely cancel my membership.

I had a really wonderful massage experience here. The place is well decorated and clean, I got a groupon discount for 60 min couples massage & sauna. Aisha & Kierra were our masseuses, they did a GREAT job. I was a stretched, serene, mellow jello by the end of it and the sauna really wrapped it all together. Definitely coming back!

The worst massage spa I have been to. I got there early and the therapist showed up 15 minutes late to my session and blamed me for being late. They then gave me a 30 min message when paying for 60 mi s. The therapy then got extremely rude and was complaining about not getting a good tip. The massage was not good and the therapist cussed me out in front of everyone and they backed her up. Do not go here it was the worst customer service I have experienced.

This place is honestly embarrassing. I scheduled an appointment a week ago for a message, they called me an hour prior and said they had a call off. That’s fine. I scheduled today. I SHOW UP and they tell me there was a miscommunication and the person I’m scheduled with isn’t in. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Especially if your time means something to you.

My appt was at 11am and the massage therapist didn’t show up. Manager asked me if I wanted to do 12 and she threw in a free foot scrub for my trouble. I said ok, but I had another appt at 1:30 so I had to be out by 1pm latest. At 12:10 I was still sitting in the lobby waiting for someone. Absolutely unprofessional, no excuses. If you couldn’t fit me in at noon why did you make me wait? I wasted my whole morning. I definitely do not recommend this business to anyone.

I never went.I bought a Groupon for a deep tissue infrared treatment and bought the Groupon.I looked at Groupon and they said I already used it.It was purchased at 8am and location didn’t even open until 9am.It was 9am when I saw that it said I had used it.Didn’t go and was refunded my money in Groupon Bucks.Never again.

Had a couples massage and it started off nice, front desk clerk was nice & friendly & my partners MT was nice, friendly & created a calming atmosphere. However the young male MT I had was rough, unprofessional & had a very negative vibe. He kept making demands for me to breath (I clearly was), stated I was to tense, maybe ” you if you remove your earrings you wouldn’t be so tense (small studs)”, stop grinding your teeth ( wasn’t grinding at all), breath, breath, deep breaths, inhale & exhale. This was over and over. I thought I was being punked but instead just received a crappie massage & no call back from management.
