Well when I first called to make the appointment the receptionist was not pleasant at all. She actually seemed annoyed. I let that go. Upon arrival when I finally went in for my massage I guess it still wasn’t her daddy because when I was greeted it wasn’t a warm welcoming feeling. I guess she’s not a morning person. Brittany my massage therapist nice, but My gift card was for 1 hour I was only given 45 minutes. Was not pleased with the Roseville location will not be going back, until they find a better suited staff.

Front desk staff is always great here. My husband had a couple people who didn’t give great massages, but when we mentioned it at the front desk she provided names of other therapists he should ask for next time. Happy going here with the monthly membership and guest massage discount price.

My girlfriend bought us gift cards to get massages and do the sauna too. The receptionist Nicole is very rude. My girlfriend called yesterday and was on speaker and was scheduling our massages at the same time. My girlfriend didn’t have the gift cards on hand at the time but she previously made us an appointment and she had to cancel because she had a funeral and I had the flu. Ok so now she was rescheduling our information was already in the system but she wanted credit card information for the appointment since she didn’t have the gift card. Confused as in why do they need our credit card info if it’s a gift card and it’s already paid for. They never asked for credit card info for our previous appointment and our info was already there so why now. So we are asking questions because this didn’t happen previously. So my girlfriend Cheri proceeds to give her credit card number and expiration date and Nicole asked 3 times for her yo repeat the numbers, Cheri than asks why are you asking me 3 times over and over, Nicole got very hostile and says well I must of missed a number or something. She had a very nasty attitude. It seemed very fishy of her getting the credit card information 3 times. Never once did she say I’m sorry can you repeat those numbers again I missed a number….she snapped when she was asked what’s the problem? They need to hire some pleasant receptionist instead of such rude people. The thing was we already had previous appointment, our info was already in system, why do we have to give credit card information the second time around. Nicole said it was policy. Ok well Cheri made appointments for massage and sauna prior, so somebody doesn’t know what they are doing there.
