Today was the third time I have been at this Massage Green location since new management took over. I must say I am totally impressed with the atmosphere and the professional therapists (Crystal, Kathleen, John). Right from the moment I entered the spa, the receptionist greeted me by name to make me feel welcome. The area adjacent to the rest rooms is clean and has been decorated to feel more spa like. All three massages were awesome. The flavored water is a nice touch, as well. The new manager, Crystal, is dedicated to making this Massage Green Spa the best and has made numerous positive changes including adding new therapists who share her vision. If you were disappointed in the past, I suggest giving them another chance. I’ll be back =)

We’ve been to other locations and this one is the nicest. It’s clean, the customer service has been top notch, and the amenities that other locations have cut back on are still included such as eucalyptus towels for the sauna and robes to wear from the massage room to the sauna. They even have flavored water in the waiting room. We’ve had several therapists, and they have all been skilled and professional.

worst experience with appointment scheduling i have ever had to deal with. We scheduled an appointment for today about 2-3 weeks ago and this place called today and cancelled the appointment. Now we have to wait another month to get in. What kind of customer service is this? Will strongly recommended against coming here, as this appointment was extremely important.

Had a couples massage and it was a great experience from start to finish. I had Jenna and I can’t remember the other lady name but they both were amazing. I loved how warm and inviting it was.
