This was my Mother’s day gift and I loved the 60 minutes massage. It was so relaxed and happy with the service. However I didn’t receive the positive vibe in the front desk.

If you want to get scammed… this IS the best massage place for you. I did an upgrade for CBD and ends up being that they do not use 100% CBD. They mix the CBD oil with their own oils giving you the minimum (if any) CBD benefit. Waste of money! Once your massage is done, they also provide you with the CBD oil bottle. It was 95% full. It was such a waste of money! I expressed this to the manager (Mario) and all I got back was “thanks for the feedback”. He was very rude and careless. Terrible customer service. If I can give them a 0 stars, I would. Any other massage facility, if you upgrade to CBD, they ONLY use CBD oil/cream. Another thing to note, you don’t sign any consent forms. I’d say: RUN! Do not book here unless you want to get scammed. “Spa” doesn’t even smell like a spa. They don’t even offer you anything to drink.

Timeout with Mom
I have been a member at this location since they opened, years ago. The past few months, no one answers the phone when you call and they don’t return any voicemails. I have called 9 times today to make an appointment because the website has been giving me an issue and no one picks up the phone. I am mindful enough to call at times where they are not checking clients in, and still no luck. I shouldn’t have to drive to their location every time I need to make an appointment!!! When they first opened, if you called and didn’t leave a message, they still called you back to try and book you. If you tried to make an appointment online and left the site without scheduling, they called you. What happened to that level of customer service? I hope the owner/manager sees this and takes action. I understand that it is hard to find employees in the current job market, but there is no excuse for not calling your valued clients back.

Went for a couples massage and it was good but nothing crazy. The masseuses we had were quick moving and it was difficult to communicate with the language barrier but it was still enjoyable. We tried the inferred saunas and they were fun as well but could’ve used some music 🙂 Overall, I would still go back!

This was a gift purchase to celebrate my significant other’s birthday. The scheduling process went amazingly! The young lady whom I spoke to, suggested a couple upgrades. The upgrades were reasonably price thus I agreed to them. She was also very pleasant when checking us out after the massage. The location was easy to find. The entire place was well decorated, a pleasant atmosphere and it smelled great. The massage therapist that worked with us were AWESOME! I could not give it five stars because two of the front end staff members need more training in customer service.The day of the appointment, I received a not so pleasant phone call indicating my massage therapist had an emergency. Her emergency was not the issue, it was the tone of the individual on the other line. Her conversation with me was more or so, we have to change the person working with you, “Things happen!” take it or leave it. When I arrived, on time mind you, one of the older ladies was very rude. She was rushing us to fill out paperwork and speaking with a negative tone. She seemed to imply we were causing the massage therapist to wait. I had to speak up for myself and specify that we were sitting outside for sometime before coming in. Thus if I was advised to come in sooner, we would have gladly done so. I enjoyed my massage, however I will not be returning to that location. I will try another location in the future. We get massage often and this is not the interaction I need from my experience. I will spend my money elsewhere.

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI’ve been a member for 3 years now. So my honest review: Staff has always been respectful and courteous. I’ve never had an issue with a massage. I’ve never really liked facials since, I can literally do the same thing at home and I have a mirror, I can see I have black heads, I know I need to eat better please don’t rub it in my face. But on the massage part wow, amazing. I’ve gotten Swedish, deep tissue, reflexology massages, sports massages, etc. I’ve scheduled with all of their masseurs at this point and all of them have their own style of massage. But they are all good. I’ve gotten good tips for maintaining my carpal tunnel. Always recovered faster from exercise, my soreness and inflammation has gone down. I’ve not met a masseur I did not like over the past 3 years. Being a member has perks. I never have a problem booking an appointment. The specials are always fun. The environment is clean, sheets are all washed and new. I always come out feeling rejuvenated. I’ve had a gift card here for a year and a half and have never been able to use it. It’s for a couples massage. They either don’t answer the phone when you call or are always booked with no availability. The customer service isn’t so great either and I’ve heard they’re not the nicest in person.

I’ve been coming here for a few months now and my experience has been the best! I won’t say who does my massages because she is the bomb and I don’t want her to be booked all the time! However, this wonderful lady is AWESOME!! Very nice and she makes me feel comfortable. Just know that I usually don’t stick around with memberships, but I’ve kept this one just because of my masseuse! The location and the ambiance are excellent. I love Massage Green Spa PP!! 🙂

I had the couples special which I found on Groupon. It’s the massage + sauna + facial. The massage and sauna were ok and this would be a 4 star review if that was just it. But the facial was that impressive it made the entire experience much more – 5Star worthy. Our aesthetician was fabulous: she was knowledgeable and gave us advice on skin care that we plan to use for the foreseeable future.

Critical: QualityThis was my first experience at massage Green SPA and it was horrible! I usually go to Massage Envy, but was recommended by a colleague to try this place. The booking process was great, which I was able to do online seamlessly. The problem began when in first arrive. I was greeted by the front desk receptionist. I was expecting a warmer welcome being that it was my first time there. I was not given any paperwork to fill out with medical history which is typical for any massage center. Two other patrons who came after me were taken back on time to have their massage. I gave them the benefit of the doubt since they appeared to be regulars. I was finally take back several minutes after my massage was suppose to begin. As for the massage experience, my masseuse was great. If it wasn’t for everything that occurred, I would have definitely booked with him again. My only gripe there is that my 60 min massage was cut 10 min short. It was the checking out process, which put me over the edge. As I was waiting at the front desk to check another lady walked in behind. The front desk receptionist looked right past me and ask her how he could assist her even though I was clearly standing in front of her. He looked right through me like I wasn’t even there. I wanted to believe it had nothing to do with my skin color, but being the fact I was the only one black person there, it was hard for me to think otherwise. I politely stated that I was waiting first when the front desk receptionist snapped back and told me he just walked and didn’t know who was there first. There was no apology. I was appalled, I have never been treated like this in a place of business. It was clear that I was not welcomed there. Prior to all this happening, I also overheard him telling another patron that they have offer a monthly plan, which was never offered to me as a first time customer. I’ve lived in Pembroke Pines since 1993. We have grown into a city with a diverse demographic. In 2021, I would have never walked into a place of business and expected to be treated like this. I will take my money elsewhere it is welcomed. I guess it’s back to Massage Envy for me, where I have never been treated this way. I was just trying somewhere new.
