Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI have received hundreds of hour of massage all over Florida and this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had and it compelled me to take the time to reave a review I was so blown away by my experience here.I always get hour and a half massages since an hour just isn’t enough for me anymore. I saw Bliss and she provided me with an absolutely amazing massage and spa experience! Her deep tissue technique was very very good. The appearance of the spa was awesome and everything from scheduling my appointment, to the receptionists at the front desk, to getting my massage, all the way through checkout was perfection.I actually joined the membership and have been a repeat customer here for months now and I kept meaning to leave this review but my massage brain always made me forget when I was checking out.If you don’t schedule a massage here you’re missing out on the best place in Jacksonville, hands down.I have received hundreds of hour of massage all over Florida and this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had and it compelled me to take the time to reave a review I was so blown away by my experience here. …More

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI just want to make the higher management aware of this therapist -Maria who works at the massage green spa at Julington creek location-Jacksonville, Florida. She gave me the worst “massage “ I have ever had. So today when I lay on the table she hit my head with her hand and said he hit it by accident. A few minutes later she started poking my back really hard with her elbows and I asked her not to use that technique since it was really painful and it was hurting my back very bad. She said ok but started doing it again after a few minutes. When I couldn’t take the pressure and started moving uncomfortably in severe pain she said oh yeah you told me not to use my elbows..right? I just asked her to stop right away.I have to say I have been a member for more than few years now and this was the worst experience I’ve ever had ..my low back is hurting so bad and I may have to see a doctor about it.Please take some action against her and get more training of something. She’s not who you expect at a place like massage green spa.I’m seriously considering canceling my membership after this experience because you don’t provide customers with any background info on who they get their massages from.
