Do not book. Husband planned massage for my birthday, told me to take off work and get up early. Even had to leave deposit only to get there and be told sorry we have no therapist for you. Can have you deposit back with no consideration for the fact they ruined birthday and waisted day off.

This is my go to place for relaxation. The massage techs are simply the best, they really do care about you and what you need. Other places you are just another body and here, you are treated as the individual you are! The membership is phenomenal! If you don’t want the membership, don’t worry, they have an excellent first time rate and then after is still very adorable! I’ve added this to my “I need to feel balanced” routine and haven’t ever doubted my decision.

I got a massage here today for some stress-related upper back and neck pain I have had the past few days. Great massage, calm atmosphere. I took a point off because I paid for a 60 minutes massage and got a 46 minute one (started 12:40, ended 1:26). $60 (the introductory offer) seems like a good value for 46 minutes of massage, but would have preferred that they deliver what they were paid for. Seems strange that I paid 100% of the quoted price for 75% of the quoted massage. Also I doubt I will come back because it’s more expensive after the introductory offer and $60 (plus tip) is about the limit of what I want to pay for 45 minutes.

Critical: ProfessionalismMy experience on 10/13/21 for my 1pm appointment did not go well. This is because the associate at the front desk started to get condescending towards me when I asked about being able to use all of my credits towards this visit rather than being charged for another monthly fee. I told her that someone had verbally promised me that I could go two months without this monthly fee being charged before my membership would be suspended thereby allowing me to utilize some of those unused credits.It is also my understanding that if membership were to be suspended that the credits, I have on file could still be used towards therapy sessions but would cost me non-member rates.I tried to explain this last part to the associate on 10/13/21 that in the worst case scenario Massage Green could charge me against my credits for non-member prices. She disagreed with me in a condescending manner. I was visibly upset by this answer since it conflicted with previous verbal agreement or discussion with a different employee in the last month or so. I ultimately decided to giver her my credit card information without a clear understanding or explanation as to what would happen to those unused credits.As I walked back towards the massage rooms the associate started to make another condescending remark to me as if to taunt me. I turned around to face her asked “why would you be condescending towards me?” She said something along the lines that I was yelling at her or raising my voice but as I was walking towards the massage rooms her comment towards me was deliberate and meant to get under my skin which at that point it did. I was very upset after her deliberate comment which seemed to be taunting in nature or condescending.She may have had no control over the billings whatsoever but she did not need to stoke the fire so to speak. I was upset that I have quite a bit of unused credit on my file and I wanted use it. She could have said to me that can’t fix it but that someone at a management level could take care of it later. I would have been upset over the money but I’m sure I would have figured it out at a later date. At this point and after that experience, I’m not sure what to say or do other than write this explanation. I am disappointed that it escalated to this level and I’m not sure I will feel comfortable coming back to this specific venue while this employee is working. Why would she say what she said, why try to make a situation worse by getting under my skin? It’s still very disappointing and upsetting now nearly 24 hours after it occurred. Hopefully there is a lesson to be learned from all of this. I have been to this location about 3 or 4 times for couple’s massage. Never had a bad experience, the massages have always been a great experience but I can see how some have been put off by the front office staff. I will be returning in the near future!
