Since foot finesse has been under new management the quality has gone down. It’s very unsettling to get up halfway through and walk barefoot, stepping in water to another room. The transition takes time away from the hour and ruins the relaxing time. The arms and hands are not messaged. Unfortunately, I will not return. They may want to rethink these changes. I am among several regulars who agree. Plus the price increase is no good.

I have been getting massages at this location for years, but unfortunately, I’m not sure if I’ll continue to go. The management/owners have changed and it’s now Massage Finesse and no long Foot Finesse. The new management seems to be struggling to run this place and it appears they’re under staffed. Once, I booked a 1pm appt over the phone. The person at the front desk didn’t even ask my name. When I showed up at 1, I was told there was no record of my appt and I had to wait until 1:30. A few weeks later, I made an appointment, I asked for a woman for my massage. The woman who works the front desk (I believe also owns/manages) started my massage. While massaging me, she took a phone call, and I listened to her fumble the call/appt, just as she’d once done with mine. Eventually, she disappeared from my massage and a man took over. Overall, I’ve just been disappointed with all of my visits since the new owners, and it’s a bummer, because this was so convenient for my weekly massage. I hope they get it together.

This place is a joke. My friend and I went for her birthday and I had to apologize for such a rough experience. We had never been before and were excited to try something new. I will say they never advertise a massage. However, the “rub” was as if my 7 year old neice had done it. The first part was ok. Nothing too special, but comfortable. They did my head, arms and feet. The problems came when they told us to roll over. The final 20 minutes was as if a bad chiropractor couldn’t pop my back. It was so rough and extremely painful. Yes, we told them it was hurting. This is all while the guy was constantly burping and farting while giving the massage.. oh I’m sorry “rub”. I will never be back and will just chalk up the money to go to a professional.

This place is not for everyone but I am a fan because of price, consistency, and cleanliness. However if you do not like deep tissue then you may be better serve elsewhere. The massage staff are all trained in the same technique and you rarely have to wait. I will continue to use them particularly when I have had a week of heavy weight lifting. An excellent value for the price. Open on Sunday.
