In mid-February 2021, I had a knee replacement surgery. The postoperative period is very painful due to inflammation. I talked to Mabel about my symptoms, she recommended Manual Lymphatic Drainage treatment. The treatment helped drain the fluid accumulated in the knee. Despite having pain from surgery, the treatment is well tolerated because the maneuvers are soft, rhythmic, and focused on the area, it gave me a feeling of well-being of tranquility, and relaxation. I am very grateful to Mabel for the recommendation and treatment. I had improved a lot with four treatments, and I am very happy with the results. Now I can walk better with less pain.
