If I could give zero stars, I would. It started when I walked in the door with one of the front desk ladies pumping hand sanitizer in my hands without asking. My facial was 40 min and not an hour. The facialist would not stop talking, and wearing a dirty mask after a facial was unpleasant. My gift cards had a zero balance even though I never used them. The Manager was extremely rude after waiting 12 days for a call back about why my gift cards had a zero balance. This is all after months of trying to book an appointment with no appointments available. This is not a place to go for a relaxing atmosphere. It feels like a fast food joint.

I have gift cards for 7+ months and have been unable to use them due to the fact they rarely if ever have open appointments and its not due to being busy or over booked, its because they cannot keep massage therapists. Something also seems off when you call in, there is rudeness whenever the phone is answered.

I have mixed feelings about this place. When I first got a membership it was easy to make an appointment. Post Covid everything changed Since I require a heavy hand to get into my muscles I am limited to a couple therapists. Due to staffing issues, appointments get booked quickly and if you aren’t lucky enough to call in the day the schedule becomes available, you may not get an appointment that month. You are limited to one appointment a month as well.

First good luck getting an appointment and if you do get one they can cancel on you the same day of your appointment. I have a membership and this year I have only been able to get in 4 times and the rest of my appointments were canceled by massage envy or absolutely no availability.This last appointment they canceled just hours before my appointment and it took the manager 4 days to call me back and when she finally did, I was told the massage therapist felt uncomfortable massaging me because I asked that if she had received the jab I would like her to wear gloves during the massage.After we argued she informed me that she would have her regional manager contact me. No one has, I have contacted their corparate office via email because the phone number they provide for corporate does not reach an actual person.I juat called massage envy today to find out why I have not heard from the regional manager and I was told that they have 10 days to contact me.I am humiliated because I should be able to ask any questions that could impact my own health and not be treated like I don’t have the right to ask. I have spent around $300 in unused massages and still can not get the service I have payed for.I am so upset that these words can not express my sincere disappointment in this establishment.I have never been so humilated in my life. Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityRose was my massage therapist she was amazing very personable and professional. They fill up appointments fast (booking online anyways) so plan ahead and try to get one when they release new dates! Massage envy is lucky to have her, highly recommend.

I have been a member at ME for years. I loved going to the branches in Kirkland and Covington but Silverdale has been frustrating. The therapists I have seen are all nice and give good massages, that isn’t the issue. The problem is getting an appointment. I called earlier this week and was told they are booked through September. I pay for my membership which is a massage a month so it feels like a scam when they can’t get you in for 3 months. I know you can store them up to use later but at that rate I will never catch up!

My fiance had purchased me an early birthday present! This wasn’t my first massage ever but definitely the worst. I had asked for more pressure and she informed me that she was at her threshold hold. I basically had my back lightly rubbed and sometimes poked. The massage was very awkward and not worth the money. Very disappointed.
