My mom has a membership here and her health hasn’t been the best lately so she hasn’t been in to get a massage because of it, she called to cancel her membership because of her health issues and Envy requested a doctors note to even be Considered for cancellation which I think is unreasonable.. this isn’t her job, or a medical clinic so I don’t think it’s right to ask for a doctors note in order for her just to cancel a Massage Membership.

I go in for my scheduled massage at 4pm and they tell me it will be pushed to 4:15 (a phone call would have been nice ,but nope no courtesy call letting me know). I end up sitting in the waiting room til nearly 4:30. Then my 1 hour massage ends just shy of 15 minutes early. Sucks cuz the massage therapist was pretty good but terrible customer service and apparently my time and money doesn’t mean much to them. Way to treat the paying customer

Nope nope nope.. fell for their membership for one year. While they have some good therapists you can hardly schedule the one you want on a regular basis. Hard to get scheduled period. They offer half off additional massages per month however we could never get 2 scheduled in a month. I don’t think they pay there therapists well either. There seems to be a high turnover

The people here are amazing. Me and my husband have been coming here for about a year now. I truly appreciate how the front desk girls work tirelessly to get me in for an appointment when I’m in need of one. The therapists are wonderful. I’ve never had a bad experience. Massage envy is a great company to be a part of also. They are constantly offering new services and innovating to make the experiences better and better. The membership is where its at, I can’t use my services fast enough. HIGHLY recommend coming here. A couple good therapists to see are Dori, Justice, and Rachel Lyn. Also the estheticians are wonderful, Laura and Laurie, they are very knowledgeable about the skin and products. Cleared my skin right up! Kenzie at the front desk is my girl and she will hook you up!

We are members and wanted to get a massage and booked way in advance. The morning of our massage the receptionist called me informing me that my therapist had called out. She didn’t attempt to accommodate my needs nor did she bother contacting another therapist to fulfill my appointment. The lady was unprofessional in every sense and rather try to fix things just chalked it off like sorry.

Every time I walk into South Puyallup the front desk girl are always welcoming, friendly and helpful! They have amazing Therapists and Estheticians. I see Stephanie and Krysta a deep tissue massage. I also see Laurie for her to keep up my beauty treatment. I’ve been a Member with massage envy for 6 months now and it is the best decision I have ever made.

I transferred my membership here from Queen Anne because of the terrible service there. I’ve been a member here for 2 years and I used to love coming here. Hanah and MJ were amazing. Then they left. Sylvester has been a godsend but never mind the front desk girls. They are idiots. They lack basic common sense and problem solving. My accounts were compromised while traveling out of the country and I let the girl know yesterday who called to confirm my appointment today and she said it was fine. Just to update my card on file when my new one came in and since I had a prepaid on file, my massage today would be covered. So low and behold I come in today and I’m told that they refuse to send me back until I pay yesterday’s prepaid charge and I can’t use the prepaid on file. In light of the circumstances and the fact that I was explicitly told yesterday it would be fine, the girls today adamantly refused to honor their clinic’s word yesterday. I have sent numerous people as referrals here and been a long time customer of Massage Envy but after today’s experience, I can’t honestly say I’ll be back. I have never experienced such terrible customer service, incompetence, or unwillingness to help. Not to mention, my facial and last appointment was cancelled but i was only informed of that when I called to confirm and they were completely unable to a accommodate a new appointment or compensate me for all the trouble. And seemed completely unapologetic or unphased that THEY screwed up. And while I’m on the topic of it, this clinic has moved my appointments and cancelled them numerous times without being told or asked to. So way to go South Puyallup. I’m glad you pride yourself so much on customer service because it’s pretty terrible.
