If you can stand a brief walk through a sad mall that has seen better days, Massage Envy Everett is one of the best places in the North Sound to get a massage. For easiest access, drive behind the mall so you’re parallel to I-5 and enter through the back, then walk forward until you see the sign. Ask for April or Mykel if you want an amazing treatment by a highly skilled and experienced practitioner, and book in advance (their schedules are almost always full). If you like deeper pressure, ask for Russell; medium to deep pressure, ask for Stephanie. If you’re looking for a great facial, ask for Hope. I’m sure there are other great practitioners and estheticians as well – ask for Nicole at the front desk and let her know what you’re looking for. The more specific you are about what you want when making an appointment, (pressure and style you prefer), the more likely you are to be satisfied with the Massage Therapist you’re paired with. For best results book in advance! And guys, don’t make inappropriate advances or jokes. These are professionals who’ve invested time and money training and building their skills, and they don’t deserve to be minimized by low-rent jokes about “happy endings.” And please be nice to the front desk employees! They work hard and put up with a fair share of BS from grumpy & entitled people.

Called in as I was charged a lump sum amount. I was initially upset and confused. Ashley was lovely and clarified the issue. She was able to not only refund me a payment but got me set up for a wonderful day of self care for my birthday. She was extremely understanding and empathetic which equals to excellent customer service.

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityOver the last year I have called several times to set up appts for my person, yet my appts I have made were later not there, or lost or whatever other excuse the receptionists came up with. I have my appts for medical reasons but they have changed how they are booked and do NOT care when they screw you over. More recently, due to my person cutting availability to 2 weekends a month, I call in on the day thier appt book opens for the next month to make appts yet my appts still are disappearing. I am very, very upset at all of this so will call to see if I can make appts somewhere else since memberships are good at all locations . Had been going here for a few years before we had kids. Always got the couples room with my wife every month. We always looked forward to it. We just recently got to have a date night and chose to get another couples massage. It was just as good as we remembered.

I had a massage with foot scrub and rapid relax massager as add ONS. These add ONS cut into time spent on massage to my dismay. Massage was good but I was not informed of facial services offered if I joined as a member. Initially when I tried to make an appointment online I couldn’t get an evening or late afternoon time. I was told none available until November! I can’t join when there is no chance of getting an evening appointment for two months!

Every single time I’ve gone here, I’ve had a wonderful experience. The people who work her are friendly, and really seem to enjoy their jobs. I wish I had time to come back more often!
