Critical: ProfessionalismWhile the massage service was good – I had a horrible customer service experience that cancelled out any relaxation. There was a new person working the front desk – by herself – and she didn’t know how to use a promotional voucher, redeem gift cards, or sign me up for a membership. I tried to use a promotional voucher for a free 60 minute massage and she was having trouble ringing up the voucher. She first said that I didn’t have to pay because she “trusted me,” then she said she figured out what she was doing wrong in the system and that the voucher only gave me a discounted massage. Then after calling her manager to clarify, she said I owed the full non-member price for the massage. She then recommended I become a member in order get the lower price (which I expected the membership push) and when I agreed to sign-up, she couldn’t figure out how to start a membership for me. In addition, she asked me to wait while she helped other customers, and talked about me being a “difficult client” to a work colleague in front of me. Throughout this entire 30 minute interaction, I did not once raise my voice or act rude to her… I was actually sympathetic to her situation as she was new, didn’t know how to use the computer system, and was emotional. In the end I paid the full price, and asked her to have the manager call me because I was very frustrated and disappointed in my experience. I have not heard back from the manager – or anyone else. I will never go back to this location again due to this poor experience. UPDATE – I received a call back from the manager who gave me a refund for the service. I hate giving this a bad review because the person that actually was my masseuse was absolutely incredible. CJ is by far the best masseuse I have ever worked with. Unfortunately I have spoken with this company many times about not charging my credit card and that my account was supposed to be put on hold. They have tried to charge me multiple times and every time it is a pain to get it reversed. I just woke up this morning to find that they have once again tried to charge me $70. While we are still not fully open as I have discussed with them before. So I will now be canceling my account with them and will no longer be supporting this company. first time can be a mistake, three times is absurd. What is the point of noting my account if no one pays attention to the notes on my account. this is beyond frustrating. I have spent hours on the phone dealing with this in the past and although they get $70 an hour, I do not get $70 an hour from them when I’m fixing the issues that they create for me. Find somebody who respects your time cuz obviously this company does not

I have been charged on my card for over 30 months. When I wanted to cancel my membership, because I just recently became a mom and don’t see myself getting out to get a massage any time soon, I was told I’m not getting any refund! The best they can do is give me 2 months to use up my 30× massages. I told the manager I simply wouldn’t be able to do that with a newborn and a full time job. No I do not wish to freeze my account, I want a refund. I did try make a massage appointments, buy had no luck with time that would work for me. You guys took my money, but did not provide any services, that is stealing! I am very upset….horrible company.

Got my first prenatal massage here.Kennedy (if i remember his name correctly) did a great job on the full body massage. He was able to divide the time properly on the areas of body I wanted. Very attentive to my needs, too!

Just cancelled my Massage Envy membership in Mill Creek. I loved my massage therapist, and I’ve been a member since 2014. I was treated so poorly today over a simple miscommunication over a scheduling issue. I’d suggest people cancel their membership too if this how they treat their members. Businesses should appreciate their clients. I have been a loyal client for many years. Looking for other options. My pain level is high and l didn’t need this today. Staff is generally nice, but today who l talked to (Jason) was very rude and making accusations toward me that were not true. This is not how you treat people or do business. I volunteer with the City of Mill Creek and am active in my community. I have suggested many times people go here. I won’t be anymore.
