Stephanie (the receptionist) and Krista (the manager) are very rude and have zero customer service skills. Stephanie booked me with the wrong massage therapist. When I told her that, she denied it. Krista jumped in and stated that it was an accident. After I asked Stephanie why didnt she admit that, she threw a temper tantrum and ran out the room. After I told Stephanie she needs better customer service skills, Krista BANNED me from the store. This is outrageous!

I have been going to Massage Envy in Bellevue (off 20th) for ten years. I’ve only had one massage I didn’t like (out of over 100). All the others have been great. Every massage therapist I’ve seen there has been extremely professional. I love it there. I purposely arrive early so I can sit in their “quiet room” and relax in the comfy chairs, with a warm neck-wrap. I think their membership plan is very fair and well-priced. If I ever plan to cancel, I’ll just follow whatever their policy is.

Katie at the front desk was delightful. The facility is nice and calming, with a quiet waiting area appointed with water and tea in the back. Dena gave me one of the BEST deep tissue massages I have ever experienced. She is sweet, knowledgeable, and very good at her job. The value was amazing for an 80 minute deep tissue massage. I’m VERY impressed and incredibly happy with the overall experience at this location. It is a bit of a drive for me, but so worth it. Thank you, Dena and the rest of the staff at this location.

Just like any Massage Envy, there are a variety of massage therapists here. I’ve tried a handful of them with very different experiences. My favorite so far is Deb, I like a deep sport massage, but not one that leaves me wincing and unable to relax. She is so intuitive! Unfortunately she recently cut her hours…my back is sad.

I’ve been to many Massage Envy locations and this is my favorite. Not only is the therapist I have amazing, but the front staff goes above and beyond to make sure you’re happy and taken care of. I wanted to schedule a bunch of appointments and staff let calls go to voicemail to make sure I got the attention, even though I said she could take the call. Very happy with this location!

Long time member of this location. Good therapists and very nice setting. Super professional. Would be 5 stars but it’s difficult to make appointments sometimes as therapists get booked up well in advance. I have a hard time scheduling time during my week, and having to figure it out a week in advance makes it harder… hard enough that many months would go by without me using my accruing credits.

Do your research. These guys are facing down a class action lawsuit. I tried to cancel my membership. They told me I had to cancel in person. I drove down to Massage Envy only to be told I had joined in Colorado so I needed to quit there. They refused to give me a cancelation notice or a copy of my contract. Then the Manager refused to even come to the desk. They then informed me that it would take 30 days to cancel the membership so I would have to pay for another month that I could not use. Beware.
