Been a member at that franchise in Keizer Station since 2010. I was told then prices would never increase with my membership. I was locked in for life as long as I didn’t cancel my membership. 12 years later, prices increased overnight from $50 to $70 without my knowledge and against the original contract. I have 41 massages banked due to the pandemic and lack of appointments available due to staffing shortages for the past three years. Canceling membership I would lose $2050. I cannot even use the 41 massages I’ve already paid for because there isn’t staffing. My original contract states: “Your membership is auto-renewable. Following the initial term, your membership will automatically continue on a month-to-month basis at $49 per month until your membership is cancelled.” They raised my membership to $70 a month breaching the terms in their contract. Stay away. Buyer beware.

Today was my first time trying Massage Envy. What attracted me was the guided stretching session, I have a lot of physical trauma from injuries and I figured it would be a great way to try to find some relief. It is for sure! I feel like a new man after only my first session, however, I do plan to be back in soon. Thank you to my kind and informational therapist Rachel, and the nice, funny receptionist who works the night shift.

I highly recommend Dustin he gave me my massage. He’s the best one there. I’ve gone several times before and they all do a good job but Dustin is on another level. He knows what he’s doing and he really focuses on getting all the knots out. Best massage I’ve ever had! He’s the reason why I would go back!

A great place to get regular massages. I’m a member, so I get discounted monthly massages. It’s a great price, and they have some very talented massage therapists. The only down side, is that you need to book far in advance because they fill up very quickly.

Horrible Experience. Booked a massage for two people and waited 3 months. 2-days before our massage, they canceled because “they will be closed that day” and when we tried to reschedule, it is another 3 month wait and they are not willing to help at all. Will NEVER go here again. Complete waste of our time and money.

I booked an appointment for a massage almost two months out and one hour before the appointment they cancelled. When I called back upset about it, the front desk lady hung up on me! I was supposed to receive a call from the manager the next day and NEVER did. So I called and she was gone for the day.

In the contract it states a refund if we are not within a certain mileage of a Massage envy. All locations in Beaverton, Portland, Tigard, Sherwood were closed for multiple months. I contacted the Salem office and they froze my membership. They explained they will refund three of the six months of the pandemic. I contacted the main corporate office on 03/20 and 05/11 explained this was an independent franchise and they escalated it back to the manger at the Salem office. No results. So I tried to use my services again and they froze my credits that I already paid for.Before the pandemic they were a wonderful service. Crystal here is amazing the guys are pretty good too but one doesn’t do feet (I can’t really blame him for that ). Peaceful atmosphere in massage room. Top notch customer service at the front desk. Thank you MacKenzie. I signed up for the membership it was so good! I highly recommend ☺️
