Very disappointing experience. Received a gift card to Massage Envy and booked an afternoon appointment two months ago with Patrick. Arrived for my appointment today to learn it was cancelled last week with no phone call to notify me. They let me know Patrick was no longer working there. Attempted to reschedule for any availability, no gender preference, 5pm or later or any weekend and they were unable to find a single appointment in the next several months except one with Patrick on his last day. I declined given he already cancelled me. The worker who tried to help find another appointment was thoughtful and did her best which is why I’ll give this a two-star review. On the way out, i gave away my $120 gift card to someone else who was getting a massage there since clearly, this wasn’t going to happen for me. Truly disappointing.

I bought my boyfriend a gift certificate and he hasn’t been able to use it because they are booking too far out (3+ months). He has been trying to get an appointment since Christmas! I want my money back, but they say it they won’t give it. Their suggestion is to sell the gift certificate.

I called today with intent to cancel my membership for financial reasons. I’d googled how to cancel and read the reviews and was not looking forward to this experience, but let me tell you! It was easy, friendly, clear, and concise! A super customer service experience! I’ve been with them just over my year contract so that probably helped. I was informed of an option (as a courtesy) to waive my next two months membership fees while I got caught up on my accrued services. I was also told that, should I need more time financially after that, I could take advantage of an option to pay $20/month to maintain my membership for a max of 6months. I wouldn’t accrue massages during that time, but keep my membership active if I anticipated my financial situation would change in that time. I’m super thrilled that it was this easy and I was presented with options that allowed me to keep my membership in a way that worked for me financially. I’m happy to give a good review of Massage Envy!

I will not return to this location. The icing on the cake was going into a massage appointment I was really looking forward to find it was cancelled. The receptionist was rude and said she called me 2.5 weeks ago to say they wanted to reschedule. I never received any message and the showed the receptionist I had received two confirmations for that appointment. One voicemail and one email confirmation I showed her in front of a room of clients. Taylor claimed she was the one who called me 2.5 weeks ago yet I still received two confirmations? After sharing my experience with them and receiving multiple cancellations in the past year they barely apologized and offered a $10 upgrade to my next scheduled massage. I had been a very kind client 1-2 month for nearly 5 years and was not a good business choice to treat customers this way. I was very upset the night I showed up for scheduled Massage especially arranging last minute childcare I normally wouldn’t need. I will definitely go elsewhere in the future.

I’ve tried to schedule multiple appointments at this location and every single time they’ve called me the day-of to cancel. I can’t even rate their services because I’ve never been in. I moved to the area five months ago and haven’t been able to use any of my monthly services because of this! The contract I signed back in Kansas said if I canceled day of I’d get charged $50.00. I get NOTHING if they cancel day of. They don’t even offer to call other locations to make sure I get taken care of. This is ridiculous. Once I find a massage envy that will actually keep my appointments so I can use all of my built up services, I’m canceling my membership that I have had for over 2 years.
