I am told “___ has a large clientele base” and given the ‘run around’ about why I cannot book an appointment. Again, I was told to call back later or tomorrow when the (February) schedule opens, or I could be placed on a waiting list.

Worth every penny. Service is amazing – staff is friendly, helpful, and highly attentive. No matter which service you choose to get (my personal faves are 90-min massages!) you won’t be disappointed. Chavis is ah-may-zing. I highly recommend her if you’re looking for an intense, deep tissue massage!

Sales person is super friendly with soothing voice. She fluttered like an angel across the showroom floor. Great sales tactics professional business shuffling clients in and out like clockwork. Massage therapists in back need a longer break between clients to prep tables. Feel sorry for them, leave a big tip!

My husband and I were visiting the island during our honeymoon and wanted get a couple’s massage (although we opted for separate rooms – our preference). This was my second time getting a massage and my first time getting a massage at Massage Envy. The entire staff was very welcoming and very friendly. Yoko was my massage therapist and she did an amazing job. I would highly recommend Massage Envy in the Aina Haina Shopping Center!

I normally go to the Kaneohe location but my favorite massage therapist, Kaui, had better availability at the Aina Haina location. The staff were courteous and friendly. And of course, Kaui was fantastic as always. I don’t mind driving across island for her awesome massages!!! She’s intuitive and skilled and has helped my body heal over the years. I’m so grateful for her!!!
