My friend gave me a free 1hr session. I booked with Anthony in Pearlhighlands Center. He is very professional & just hit all the right spots. I definitely will be coming back. 1hr was not good enough for me. If you become a member is 70$/monthly & you get 1free 1hr session a month for 12months & if you miss a month it can be combined,whaaat count me in lol. My best 1st full body massage I have ever got. If I could leave a negative star review for this establishment, I would. Be wary of their SCAM “membership” offers. For the past 8 months, I’ve been randomly charged for services I haven’t received since AT LEAST June 2021 (sometimes in the amount of $60, sometimes in the amount of $120). I allowed these charges to be made since I had a contract with them previously to be a member and sucked it up. I have long since moved away from Hawaii and live nowhere near a Massage Envy location. Even when I did live near them, it became impossible to book appointments at any location due to them always being fully booked for months in advance in Hawaii which limited my usage of my membership. As far as quality of massage when I did receive them, I will only mention that the massage services were random in quality, some good, some okay, some bad. There is definitely other massage locations in Hawaii that are worlds better than this establishment.

For buying that they gave a $50 bonus for products.. so as everyone knows COVID was in full affect and this year when we tried to buy products they said that the deal which was the extra $50 was no longer valid. Thats dumb. Now November 29th my wife goes in to redeem $150 deal of massage and facial. And I find out later from her that she had to dish out an additional $48. She said the massage was $120and the facial was $70. She said the massage was so so but the facial was good. Never going back or buying anything for anyone I knkw. Normally when I start out at a new massage place I wait until after a few visits before I post a review. The main reason for that is so that I can find the best masseuses. (A #1 person and a backup person.) So far they have all been great and they still have more people I have not tried.

My first visit to Massage Envy made me a member for life! The staff is extremely helpful, friendly and truly concerned about your needs. I was expecting a more clinical environment, but I was transported into a Zen, spa like atmosphere in the heart of a pearl city shopping center! Convenient AND fantastic!!! The rooms are peaceful and the decor is calming. I’ve had many therapists and have never had a bad experience, and I come from Arizona, land of the spas :). Becoming a member has helped me really take care of myself, finally. Every time I used to get a massage I would think how I need to do it more often, but I would delay and put it off, and six months later I would be a solid mass of knots again. With my monthly membership (very affordable, by the way!!), I’m already paid and I have started scheduling as I leave so I know when my next treatment is coming. I really cannot say enough about this place. Give it a try! You will love it!
