Update as of 4/8: I had to reach out to massage envy several times, but the issue has been resolved. I was refunded the overpayment and put on the correct plan. Just make sure you stay on top of them if you do anything with paperwork. Don’t just think they’ll take care of it.

Don’t get sucked into the Massage Envy subscription plan. My wife subscribed to the program over two years ago; she could go in due to Covid-19, appointments cancelled, or can’t be accommodated, but monthly subscription fees keep getting taken by Massage Envy.

I enjoy getting a full body massage. Some therapists I like better than others but there’s been a lot of turnovers since the pandemic and it’s hard to book with the same one at a convenient time for me. Kinda pricey but worth it if you have the time and money. Locations are few so driving out to the location nearest me is at least a 30 minute drive with no traffic delays. Customer service is great and friendly though.

I really love them both, it is hard to get an appointment sometimes because they are usually all booked up but that just means they are doing really good at what they do. I really love them both, it is hard to get an appointment sometimes because they are usually all booked up but that just means they are doing really good at what they do. The massage is great, the venue is clean, but its hard to get appointments and ..sounds princess like, but you can’t pick your music or even no music. Its all elevator like. But the therapists are very professional.

Had to update my review. Previously I felt that their sales tactics were too pushy, despite their massages always being good. I went recently again and I was happy to find I wasn’t hassled for a membership and they moved the consultation/medical interview to a more private setting.

I LOVE this place! Last time i went i got a facial. And OH EM GEE. What an experience. Never got a facial my whole life.! N let me tell you i thought they just do your face but she massage my head and my chest area aligned with my shoulders. It was SO relaxing. I wish i could have the time to go every week. But now i know im gona have to get a massage first and then a facial after for a full body TLC .

Today I had 3 hours until my movie started at the theater nearby so I walked around and stumbled on this place. I was reading the signs and it gave a number to text to check in. I texted the number thinking that’s all I needed to do to be on the waiting list. I was invited to wait inside instead of being out in the sun because I didn’t drive there which I appreciated. Waited a bit until one of the ladies that was working there informed me that they don’t do walk-ins and it’s all through appointments and I’m under the impression that you need to be a membership to come here. I don’t remember seeing any signs stating no walk-ins or anything. Just a number to text in order to be on the list, the business hours, the kind of services they offer and their charging rate. Nobody helped me to arrange an appointment or inform me of the membership which I wasn’t aware of beforehand. I left upset. I’m just gonna get a massage elsewhere.
