Do not join!!!! They have no problem TAKING your money. But it is close to impossible to actually get a massage. I have been unable to get a massage at this location for over 6 months. And good luck cancelling your membership. I came in to cancel and the “new” girl that is left to run the place has no idea how to do anything other than take a message. I left a message. I will be surprised if anyone calls me back. THIS BUSINESS IS TERRIBLE!!!

10/26/21 update: Extra charge has been resolved. Last massage was great and all seems to be back on track like it was in the past. I put the rating back to 4 stars for now in the hopes to make one more update in several months from now if all continues as per the last visit.

This location used to be fantastic, but it has become increasingly difficult to get an appointment, get a phone call answered, or get a call back from a manager regarding my account. More than half the time I call it goes to voice mail. While you can leave a voice mail, it’s beyond frustrating when I cannot get someone to answer the phone during business hours.
